Bei der Frage nach einer Garantieabwicklung wird man zu erst zum Händler verwiesen bei dem man den Roller gekauft hat. Nachdem ich dann gesagt hab das er das als daelim Händler auch machen muss bat er an den Roller ein paar Wochen hier stehen zu lassen! Top Unfriendly and incompetent traders. Scheinbar dürfte das Geschäft gut laufen, anders kann ich mir diese Anteilnahmslosigkeit bei dem Gespräch nicht erklären. Da ich davon ausgehen muss, dass der Mechaniker ein ähnliches Motivationsniveau hat, besuche ich lieber die Konkurrenz I have seldom phoned someone who was so reluctant to give me information or to offer a service. Abgesehen davon, dass der Verkaufsraum nicht sehr einladend wirkt ist auch der Besitzer anscheinend nicht sehr an einem Geschäft interessiert. Beratung mäßig gut, Möglichkeit eine Probefahrt zu machen auch nicht gegeben (wie soll man im Vorhinein wissen ob das Produkt einem passt) und über Preisnachlass bei Barzahlung auch nicht zu diskutieren, hier wurde nur gejammert, dass die Miete zu zahlen sei und er mit einem Roller eh nichts verdient usw. Sind dann zu einem anderen Händler gefahren, super Beratung, Probefahrt, Preisnachlass und erstes Service gratis dazu bekommen -> Das war Kundenservice! That this shop exists is almost a miracle.
