Aufgetragene Arbeiten wurden mit Präzision und meiner Meinung nach gewissenhafter als im Autohaus des Herstellers durchgeführt. Preisliche Transparenz vorhanden, keine versteckten Kosten beim Service, kein unnötiger Teiletausch, freundliche Angestellte, hier kommt man gerne wieder! Danke an das Team von KFZ Niessner. Extremely competent, inexpensive and informal. Here is the boss personally in the workshop and know about the vehicles! Applied work was done with precision and in my opinion more conscientious than in the car dealership of the manufacturer. Betreuung durch den Meister persönlich, der auch wirklich Ahnung hat, was bei den Autos gemacht wurde, äußerst kompetent (Erfahrung kann halt durch nichts ersetzt werden) und immer höflich und sehr freundlich, das gilt für alle Mitarbeiter. Ich komme immer gerne wieder. I've been with KFZ Niessner for years with both cars and I've always been very satisfied. Supervision by the foreman personally, who really knows what has been done with the cars, extremely competent (nothing can replace experience) and always polite and very friendly, that applies to all employees. I always like to come back.

Hier gibt es kompetente Reparaturen, ohne dass gleich alles auf Teufel komm raus durchgetauscht wird. Die Annahme und Übergabe macht der Chef persönlich, man nimmt sich Zeit und behandelt den Kunden wie ein mündiges Wesen. Insbesondere für Besitzer (auch selten gewordener) italienischer Fahrzeuge eine ganz klare Empfehlung!! A grounded Viennese workshop that is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare. There are competent repairs here, without everything being exchanged for the devil. The boss takes care of the acceptance and handover personally; you take your time and treat the customer like a responsible being. A very clear recommendation, especially for owners (even those that have become rare) Italian vehicles!

Nochmal ein großes Dankeschön, bis zum nächsten mal. It's a shame that I only found this workshop now, had a new bumper and sticker made, put the car down on Monday morning - picked it up on Wednesday and the car was spotless, even vacuumed! Again, a big thank you, see you next time.

Another service welded the 3 spots and ascertained that the additional 2 places should have never been punctured.
