A	Andreja Rankov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren gestern in linz, da wir mit dem Zug unterwegs waren, waren wir aufs Taxi angewiesen. Diese unfreundliche, inkompetente Dame am Telefon hat meinem Freund 3 mal aufgelegt und behauptet er sei unfreundlich. Das war er ganz und gar nicht. Dann hat sie nicht mehr abgehoben. Er hat darauf von meinem Telefon angerufen und als sie hörte dass er es ist hat sie wieder aufgelegt und nicht mehr abgehoben. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Unser Zug nach Salzburg würde zu diesem Zeitpunkt in 15 Minuten kommen. Dann habe ich mit unterdrückter Nummer angerufen und 2 Taxis bestellt. Es kam nur eins. Und im letzten Moment das 2te. Der Fahrer wusste nicht einmal wie man zur Haltestelle pasching kommt, und dann hat er uns noch um 5 € beschi....!!!! Nie wieder mit diesem taxi unternehmen.... Was wäre gewesen wenn das ein Notfall gewesen wäre.... Von mir null Sterne, eine Frechheit We were in Linz yesterday, as we were traveling by train, we had to rely on a taxi. This unfriendly, incompetent lady on the phone hung up my friend 3 times and claims he is unfriendly. He wasn't at all. Then she didn't answer again. He then called from my phone and when she heard that it was him she hung up and didn't pick up the phone. I have never experienced something like that. At this point, our train to Salzburg would arrive in 15 minutes. Then I called with a suppressed number and ordered two taxis. Only one thing came. And at the last moment the 2nd. The driver didn't even know how to get to the pasching stop, and then he gave us € 5 .... !!!! Never again take that taxi .... What if that had been an emergency .... Zero stars from me, a cheek
S	Sandra Trawöger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte am Vortag ein Taxi gebucht, dass uns am nächsten Tag um 5:15 Uhr abholen sollte um uns zum Flughafen zu bringen. Ich habe nach dem Preis gefragt, was das etwa kosten sollte und die Dame am Telefon sagte mir so mit 40 bis 50 Euro müsste ich schon rechnen. Das erschien mir völlig korrekt. Das mit dem Abholen funktionierte super der Fahrer war pünktlich da und brachte uns, auch auf Grund seiner sehr schnellen Fahrweise, in 25 min. zum Flughafen. Das böse Erwachen kam dann beim Bezahlen.Er hatte keinen Taxameter eingeschaltet. Er wollte mehr als 80 Euro. Ich rief in der Zentrale an und erklärte meinen Ärger und die Dame am Telefon meinte nur.....das sind alles eingenständige Fahrer und die können verlangen was sie wollen!!! Dann frage ich mich für was frage ich nach dem Preis ??? Nach langem hin und her mussten wir dann 70 Euro bezahlen .Was mich am meisten ärgert ist, dass die wenigsten Fahrer mit Taxameter fahren und das nur weil wir 4 km von der Linzer Stadtgrenze entfernt wohnen. Das sei ja Überland und da können sie verlangen was sie möchten. Da frage ich mich schon kann ich mir überhaupt noch ein seriöses Taxi bestellen ? The day before I had booked a taxi that would pick us up the next day at 5:15 a.m. to take us to the airport. I asked about the price, what it should cost, and the lady on the phone told me I would have to reckon with 40 to 50 euros. That seemed completely correct to me. The pick-up worked great, the driver was there on time and brought us to the airport in 25 minutes, also due to his very fast driving style. The rude awakening came while paying: he hadn't switched on a taximeter. He wanted more than 80 euros. I called the head office and explained my anger and the lady on the phone just said ..... these are all independent drivers and they can ask what they want! Then I ask myself for what do I ask for the price ??? After a long back and forth we then had to pay 70 euros. What annoys me the most is that very few drivers drive with taximeters and that only because we live 4 km from the Linz city limits. That is overland and you can ask what you want. I ask myself can I even order a reputable taxi?
E	Emanuel Windhager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man kann sich nicht immer ganz verlassen auf das Unternehmen. Auch wurden mehrere E-Mails zu Anfragen für Firmenfahrten nicht beantwortet. Teilweise kommen eher älter abgenützte Taxis. You can't always completely rely on the company. Several e-mails regarding inquiries for company trips were also not answered. Sometimes there are older, worn-out taxis.
P	Peter Almer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist der 16.02.2022 00:05 Die Dame in der Telefonzentrale ist außer unfreundlich auch noch eine Lügnerin und betrügerisch!! Sie meinte ein Taxi wird in ca 7 min da sein! Eine halbe stunde später war noch immer kein taxi da! Die reinste Frechheit ist das!! Ich warte nach wie vor auf mein Taxi! Mussten jetzt um 00:20 nochmals anrufen die Antwort der Dame war wieder 7 Minuten und unfreundlich war sie bis aufs letzte!!! Bin gespannt ob das Taxi diesmal kommen wird!! It is 02/16/2022 00:05 The lady on the switchboard is not only rude but also a liar and deceitful!! She said a taxi will be there in about 7 minutes! Half an hour later there was still no taxi! It's pure insolence!! I'm still waiting for my taxi! Had to call again at 00:20 the answer of the lady was again 7 minutes and she was unfriendly to the last!!! I'm curious if the taxi will come this time!

Neulich Corona Leugner als Taxifahrer….? Echt Zeit für Uber, dann is Schluss mit der Taxi-Mafia in Linz. Leider ist 2244 um NULL besser. By far the last taxi service in Austria! Just bad experiences in recent years. Pass on wrong address etc. etc. The other day Corona denier as a taxi driver… .? Real time for Uber, then the taxi mafia in Linz is over. Unfortunately, 2244 is ZERO better.
