It makes you regret living in the city and will make you sick. One of the primary reasons for this is the Maklers or estate agents. Finding a unicorn would be easier than finding a reliable estate agent with morals and dignity. They are mostly irresponsible, dishonest, and very good liars. We had the luck to find Mr. Markus Raunig from this agency and he was among the extremely rare agents who really cares about the clients and is honest. He also speaks English pretty well, answers all emails in time, and follows up whenever you have a request. We had so many inquires which lead to nowhere but he followed and stayed in touch with a smiley face and a very friendly yet professional attitude. He was the only estate agent who officially followed up and tried to solve our problems. If you happen to read this review, be sure that your experience with them would be positive and this is very rare in Vienna's estate market. Strongly recommended!

Dr. Limberg and his team helped me sell an apartment in Vienna and the outcome was beyond my expectations.
