Trotz SMS mit Pin Code. Danke und wer zahlt nun für unsere Kosten? We lost our sample and we had to postpone our entire Kenya trip by 3 days, family of 3, the result from the husband did not come and then we found out that it was lost. Despite SMS with pin code. Thank you and who will pay for our costs now?

Um ca. 14:15 Uhr (06.12.) habe ich meine Probe in die Box bei Billa gelegt und in weniger als 12 Stunden um 01:32 Uhr (07.12.) war das Testergebnis da! Vielen Dank. Just as fast as its predecessor. At around 2:15 p.m. (December 6th) I put my sample in the box at Billa and in less than 12 hours at 1:32 a.m. (December 7th) the test result was there! Many Thanks.
A	Andreas Regin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 24. NOVEMBER einen PCR-Test abgegeben. Am 01. DEZEMBER die Auswertung erhalten. Am 29. NOVEMBER einen weiteren PCR-Test abgegeben. Bis heute, 05. Dezember, 20:Uhr noch kein Testergebnis erhalte. Ich könnte seit Tagen infiziert sein und weiß es nicht einmal. Wer weiß wie viele Covid-Spreader herumlaufen, nur weil LIFEBRAIN seinen Job nicht kann. Lieber Gurgelbox wählen. Läuft zwar auch nicht immer rund. Aber 7 Tage musste ich dort noch nie auf ein Testergebnis warten. Delivered a PCR test on NOVEMBER 24th. Received the evaluation on DECEMBER 01. Submitted another PCR test on November 29th. Until today, December 5th, 8:00 p.m. I have not yet received a test result. I could have been infected for days and don't even know. Who knows how many Covid spreaders are walking around just because LIFEBRAIN can't do its job. Better to choose a gargle box. It doesn't always run smoothly. But I've never had to wait 7 days for a test result there.

Ich habe seit ein Paar Monaten meine Telefonnummer gewechselt und auch dort angureufen, am anfang hieß es ich kann diese nicht wechseln. Vor 2 Tage rufe ich wieder an wegen einer Positiven Testun, und mir wurde nichts gesagt, dass ich sie ändern kann sondern diese Frau hat sehr unfreundlich geredet. Heute rufe ich wieder an und angäblich wurde es mir gesagt, das nur ich meine Telefonnummer wechseln kann... The tests are always well received, but the staff are very unprofessional. I've changed my phone number for a couple of months and also called there, at first it said I couldn't change it. 2 days ago I call again because of a positive test and I was not told that I can change it but this woman spoke very rudely. Today I call again and they say I'm the only one who can change my phone number...
K	Klaudia Sieberer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist schon etwas fragwürdig, dass ich trotz positivem Antigen Test und DEUTLICHER Covid Infektion, mit Fieber, Brennen in der Lunge und Gliederschmerzen (plus leider auch angesteckten Leuten in meinem Umfeld, die 2 Tage nach mir dann auch positiv waren) beim Lead Horizon / Lifebrain Test NEGATIV getestet wurde. Sofort nach Erhalt des Ergebnisses habe ich nochmals einen Selbsttest gemacht. Innerhalb von no-time hat dieser positiv angeschlagen. Um ein offizielles Ergebnis zu bekommen, das stimmt, musste ich krank in ein drive in Testzentrum gefahren werden. Danke für nichts. Bei näherem Umhören war ich bei weitem nicht der einzige solche Fall in meinem Umfeld. :( It is a bit questionable that despite a positive antigen test and a CLEAR Covid infection, with fever, burning in the lungs and body aches (plus unfortunately also infected people in my environment who were also positive 2 days after me) at the Lead Horizon / Lifebrain test has been tested NEGATIVE. Immediately after receiving the result, I did another self-test. Within no-time this had a positive impact. In order to get an official result that is correct, I had to be driven into a drive in test center sick. Thanks for nothing. When I asked around, I was by no means the only such case in my area. :(

Egal an welchem Tag ich den Test abgebe (auch Samstag) bekomme ich mein Ergebnis noch vor Ablauf der 24 Stunden. Auch wenn ich den Test erst am späten Vormittag abgebe und er dann erst am Nachmittag geholt wird, habe ich das Ergebnis bis zum darauffolgenden Tag in der Früh bekommen. Also keine Probleme. I gargle once a week. Everything works great! Regardless of the day on which I hand in the test (including Saturday), I get my result before the 24 hours are up. Even if I don't hand in the test until late in the morning and it's not picked up until the afternoon, I got the result by the morning of the following day. So no problems.
