Viele Kunden dürften den geistigen Lockdown vollzogen haben. "Wie dumm seid ihr eigentlich" ersetzt keineswegs die förmliche Anrede für eine Verkaufskraft. Wenn eine solche tiefgreifende Voreingenommenheit herrscht, wird es argumentativ schwierig dagegen zuhalten. Noch nie gab es so viele Beschimpfungen, Beleidigungen oder Herabwürdigungen für eine Verkäuferin, wie in diesen aufregenden Zeiten. Man muss nicht allzu pessimistisch sein, um zu befürchten, dass ebensolche Kunden gar nicht so wenige sind. Der vermeintlich mangelnde Wertehorizont ist traurig. Verkäuferinnen sind niemandes Eigentum und sollten mit Respekt, Rücksichtnahme und Höflichkeit behandelt werden. A virtue that used to be known as "behaviour" , even towards a sales clerk, has been increasingly forgotten. Many customers are likely to have completed the mental lockdown. "How stupid are you actually" does not replace the formal form of address for a salesperson. When such a profound bias prevails, it becomes difficult to argue against it. Never before has there been so much abuse, insults or disparagement for a saleswoman as in these exciting times. You don't have to be too pessimistic to fear that such customers are not so few. The supposed lack of values is sad. Saleswomen are not owned by anyone and should be treated with respect, consideration and courtesy.
