Nachtrag am 19.01.2020: Die am 27.12.2019 bestellte Ware, welche als Geschenk zum 50. Geburtstag für den 10.01.2020 benötigt worden wäre, ist bis dato trotz mehrerer Telefonate nicht eingetroffen. Wir zweifeln an der Seriosität des Unternehmens. After initial difficulties with making contact, someone was reached after 14 days and the ordered and already paid goods were shipped as soon as possible. Addendum on January 19, 2020: The goods ordered on December 27, 2019, which would have been needed as a 50th birthday gift for January 10, 2020, have so far not arrived despite several phone calls. We doubt the seriousness of the company.

Nachdem ich noch einige Fragen bezüglich der Pflege hatte, kontaktierte ich Herr Ganser per Mail, dieser antwortete noch am selben Tag und erklärte mir alles über das Holz, wodurch keine extra Pflegemittel notwendig sind. Würde die Holzschnitzerei auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werde bestimmt noch paar tolle Kunstwerke kaufen! Vielen Dank! Am excited about the quality of the products!
