Danach erfolgte eine Kontaktaufnahme bezüglich des Umtausches wäre mit 1 SMS abgewickelt gewesen das ein Umtausch nicht möglich sei! Abwicklung bei einer Bestellung sehr unkompetent bestellte Ware wurde komplett zerknittert aus dem Lager geholt keine war darüber informiert äußerst unfreundliche Abwicklung! Clothing was given as a gift, so there was no invoice document In the meantime, due to Covid, the shop was closed again and again where no one could do anything. Then a contact was made regarding the exchange would have been processed with 1 SMS that an exchange was not possible! Handling of an order that was ordered very incompetently was brought out of the warehouse completely crumpled and no one was informed about it. Extremely unfriendly handling!
