Wir haben uns schon ca 4 Handys dort gekauft und bis auf das erste Handy, ZTE Blade L110 das extreme Akkuprobleme hatte, gab es nie Probleme. Sobald mit dem ZTE Blade irgendwas nicht stimmte, schickten sie es sofort ein und wir bekamen innerhalb einer Woche ein neues (was wir selbst so wollten, wir hatten die Wahl zwischen dem Handy und einem Gutschein..) Auch mit den Xbox360, PC und Wii Spielen gab es nie Probleme! Vom restlichen Sortiment hab ich auch schon einiges gekauft wie zb.: Schulsachen mit allem drum und dran, Blöcke, Window Colours, uvm... Ich will damit nur sagen dass mein Freund und ich immer vollstens zufrieden waren und sind! Lg Tina Very friendly and helpful staff, where you feel, if you ask for help, that they also like to do it! We have already bought about 4 phones there and except for the first phone, ZTE Blade L110 had the extreme battery problems, there were never any problems. As soon as something was wrong with the ZTE Blade, they sent it in immediately and we got a new one within a week (which we wanted ourselves, we had the choice between the phone and a voucher ..) Even with the Xbox360, PC and Wii games, there were never any problems! From the rest of the range, I've already bought a lot, such as: school supplies with all the trimmings, blocks, Window Colors, and much more ... I just want to say that my friend and I were always completely satisfied! Lg Tina
