The seller was totally uninterested and unfriendly, could not tell us prices or dimensions, and the whole showroom smelled of cigarette smoke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit der Planung der Küche bin ich an und für sich zufrieden bis auf die Verarbeitung der Oberschränke, diese offene Lösung geht gar nicht..aber das muss so sein, sagt man bei Dan ?...bis heute habe ich vom Planer nichts mehr gehört.
I'm actually satisfied with the planning of the kitchen, except for the workmanship of the upper cabinets, this open solution doesn't work at all ... but it has to be like that, they say at Dan ? ... to this day I haven't heard from the planner .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der erste Termin und die Beratung waren sehr gut, außer dass wir kein schriftliches Angebot bekommen haben.
Nachdem wir dann alle Angebote (auch von Fremdanbietern) erhalten haben, wollten wir auch ein schriftliches Angebot von diesem Küchenstudio haben. Auch nach mehreren Nachfragen erhielten wir das nicht. Uns wurde stetig gesagt, dass wir das Angebot des Mitbewerbers übermitteln sollen und uns dann die Unterschiede herausgestrichen werden. Weiters wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wenn jemand billiger ist, wir die Küche dort nehmen sollen, da das Erstangebot ohnehin schon gut war.
Im Großen und Ganzen definitiv nicht weiterzuempfehlen, ist schade um die Zeit. Die Mitarbeiterin dort dürfte auch einige Schwankungen in ihrer Art haben. Einmal sehr freundlich, dann wieder desinteressiert, manchmal weiß sie nicht von welchem Angebot gesprochen wird, die angebotenen Geräte wusste sie auch nicht mehr, etc.
PS. Schriftliches Angebot erhielten wir NIE!
PPS: Die Antwort der SEIBERL zeigt wohl wie weltfremd diese Dame ist. Unfassbar.
The first appointment and the consultation were very good, except that we did not receive a written offer.
After we then received all offers (also from third-party providers), we also wanted to have a written offer from this kitchen studio. Even after several inquiries, we did not receive it. We were constantly told that we should submit the competitor's offer and then the differences would be pointed out to us. We were also told that if someone is cheaper, we should take the kitchen there, as the first offer was already good.
By and large, definitely not to be recommended, is a shame about the time. The employee there is also likely to have some fluctuations in her style. Once very friendly, then again disinterested, sometimes she doesn't know which offer is being talked about, she also no longer knew the devices offered, etc.
PS. We NEVER received a written offer!
PPS: The answer from SEIBERL shows how unworldly this lady is. Incomprehensible.
