Habe mich dann für das neue X1 Carbon mit UHD Display entschieden und auch gleich mitgenommen. Top Beratung und nette Bedienung. Last week I took a look at the new product portfolio on site. Eine Abklärung zuvor war ebenfalls nicht möglich, da trotz der engen Geschäftszeiten das Telefon nicht abgenommen wurde. Die Anreise war umsonst. Unfortunately, my Lenovo laptop was refused acceptance for repair, even though this is listed as a service on the website. A clarification beforehand was also not possible because the phone was not picked up despite the tight business hours. The journey was free.

For weeks no response to my repair request via the contact form on the website. no response, then a call from my side. the lady on the phone didn't know anything about lenovo repairs at first, they were ba computers. after announcing the email address then suddenly and quickly found the request and NO you don't do that - would have been nice to receive this information shortly after contacting us ...

Anscheinend hat sich das sehr verbessert! Super Support, I can really recommend. Take time to really deliver the right package. Then went quite fast! Apparently that has improved very much!
