Es herrscht ein selten gesehenes Interesse an meinem Wohlergehen in meiner Arbeit. Ratschläge und Hilfestellungen sind hier Mal ein großes Wort das auch eingehalten wird. Sie schauen auf den Mitarbeiter und sind jederzeit da für ihn?
