Ziegler, die uns bei der komplizierten Montage eines Reboardersitzes geholfen hat und sich dafür auch viel Zeit genommen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder. As regular customers, we can only warmly recommend BabyOne in Vösendorf. The advice is always top-notch and makes every effort. We would like to highlight Ms. Ziegler in particular, who helped us with the complicated assembly of a reboarder seat and who took a lot of time for it. We would love to come back.

Patrik war hier ein sehr kompetenter und überaus freundlicher Berater. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, der ebenfalls auf der Suche nach Kindersitzen inkl. guter Beratung ist. We not only received great advice on child seats, but the support during installation was also very helpful. Patrik was a very competent and extremely friendly advisor here. Konkret war ich bzgl. eines Kindersitzes dort und muss sagen dass die Beratung der Dame wirklich TOP war, da zahlt man gerne etwas mehr als im Onlinehandel da man nicht nur mit Kindersitz sondern auch auch mit einem besseren Bauchgefühl nachhause geht :) Very happy with BabyOne, especially with this branch! Specifically, I was there regarding a child seat and I have to say that the advice from the lady was really TOP, you like to pay a little more than in online retail because you not only go home with a child seat but also with a better gut feeling :)
J	Jasmin Waldhäusl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Beratung bei Babyphones, kennen sich nicht aus, besonders die blonde Dame, von ihr bekam ich nur dauernd die Antwort "dass die dort die Babyphones nicht ausprobiert haben, um zu wissen welches gut sind und welche nicht. Werden die Mitarbeitern überhaupt eingeschult ? Eine andere Dame kurzhaarig hat mich ein bisschen mehr geholfen aber hätte mir trotzdem von Beratung her ein bisschen mehr erwartet. Very bad advice on baby monitors, do not know their way around, especially the blond lady, I only got the answer from her all the time "that they didn't try the baby monitors there to know which ones are good and which ones are not. Are the employees trained at all? Another short-haired lady helped me a little more but would have expected a little more advice.

Wir hatten Glück. Wir hatten eine Dame die uns vorzüglich beraten hat. Sie nahm sich Zeit und erklärte uns in Ruhe jede Einzelheiten zum Thema Autositze. Die Mitarbeiterin war so freundlich und kompetent, sodass ich mir gleich ihren Namen geben lasse habe. Großes Lob hier an dieser Stelle an Frau Rappold. An die Geschäftsleitung: Solche Mitarbeiter sind schwer zu finden, das glaube ich, aber diese Mitarbeiterin sollten Sie nicht mehr gehen lassen. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Beratung. Wir kommen wieder. There seems to be an employee here who is not trained and seems incompetent. Otherwise I can not judge or understand the negative reviews. We were lucky. We had a lady who gave us excellent advice. She took her time and calmly explained every detail of car seats to us. The employee was so friendly and competent that I asked for her name right away. Great praise here at this point to Ms. Rappold. To management: I think it's hard to find employees like that, but you shouldn't let this employee go. Many thanks for the great advice. We will be back.
