Our trip started with a nice surprise: most of the locked/underground parking lots have a charger gor your electric or hybrid car. We charged our car every day for a smooth electric ride trough Kitzbuhel.
Rooms are very nice and cosy, everyday neatly cleaned. One of the unique selling points of the hotel is the well equiped spa, with bio sauna, finish sauna, steam room, infrared sauna and an open air heated swimming pool with whirlpool and a stunning view on the Schwarzsee.
Another one is the daily shuttle to the Fleckalmbahn that rides ypu comfortably whenever you wish to go or come back from the ski slopes.
A last mention is for the staff, all though not everything went super smoothly due to the recent opening and bizzy new christmas days everyone did his utterly best to make us feel comfortable, and making sure every wish was fulfilled. The management is very involved, and a would definitely come back to this place.
