★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty poor experience. Crowded all the time. No real climbing involved, mostly pulling the line. Avoid this one and enjoy for example the Donnerkogel one right at the top of the cable car that starts next to this ferrata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing training via ferrata above the Gosausee lake. Constant views of the Dachstein massif and the surrounding mountains make the whole climb even more enjoyable. The ferrata starts right at the path around the lake, continues right above the lake and is then connected with a ladder with the above wall where you can also escape. There is one rope “bridge”. It’s also fine for begginners.
