R	Rene Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung!! Dubiose Methoden!!! Es gibt einige Düfte die echt gut hier sind. Manche sind auch ein totaler Reinfall. So wie mein letzter. Flakon war kaputt und total nass. Mir wurde angeboten, dass mir ein neuer Sprühkopf zugesendet wird. Da der Duft aber gar nix mit dem Duft zu tun hat an den er angelehnt sein soll (riecht eher nach meinem axe duschgel) wollte ich von meinem Vertragwiderrufsrecht Gebrauch machen. Wäre auch kein Problem laut Larise. Jetzt kommt's. Versendet wird die Ware aus Deutschland. Rücksendung muss aber unbedingt an eine Adresse in Österreich gehen, sonst kann sie nicht angenommen werden. In der Email wird auch nochmal drauf aufmerksam gemacht sicherheitshalber versichert zu versenden. Nicht dass was verloren geht?!?!?!?!?!?!? Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: Versicherter Rückversand nach Österreich kostet ca 14 Euro (um dann 19 Euro erstattet zu bekommen). Als "Wiedergutmachung" wurde mir ein 30% Gutschein angeboten, welcher sowieso alle 2 Monate auf der Seite für alle verfügbar ist. Ich habe vorher gerne hier bestellt. In Zukunft werde ich das vermeiden caution!! Dubious methods !!! There are some scents that are really good here. Some are also a total letdown. Like my last one. The bottle was broken and totally wet. I was offered a new spray head to be sent to me. Since the scent has nothing to do with the scent it is supposed to be based on (smells more like my ax shower gel), I wanted to make use of my contract cancellation right. That wouldn't be a problem, according to Larise. Here it comes. The goods are sent from Germany. However, the return must be sent to an address in Austria, otherwise it cannot be accepted. In the email, attention is also drawn to the fact that it should be sent insured for security reasons. Not that what is lost?!?!?!?!?!?!? To cut a long story short: insured shipping back to Austria costs around 14 euros (to be reimbursed for 19 euros). As a "reparation" I was offered a 30% voucher, which is available to everyone on the site every 2 months anyway. I liked to order here beforehand. I will avoid that in the future

Peccato però che il vaporizzatore si sia rotto dopo 3 giorni e lo spruzzo adesso è diretto e non viene più vaporizzato il profumo. Questo fa si che si sprechi molto più profumo, sinceramente a questo punto non ricomprerei perché mi viene il dubbio sia fatto apposta. Eure Professionellität in Sachen Kundenservice, reicht von mir bis zum Keller. Ein trauriger Verein seid ihr, werde nie mehr bei euch bestellen. Complaints about the defective goods (scratches on the lid and dents) were ignored by email and even on WhatsApp. Your professionalism in terms of customer service extends from me to the basement. You are a sad club, will never order from you again.

Trotz zusagen des Verkäufers warte ich noch immer auf 70 € die mir erstattet werden sollten, seit knapp 4 Monaten. Wer gerne verarscht wird, kann hier gerne kaufen. Ich rate aber jeden davon ab I gave the wrong house number and the package didn't arrive. Despite the seller's promises, I'm still waiting for 70 € to be reimbursed for almost 4 months. If you like to be ripped off, you can buy here. But I advise everyone against it

Diesbezüglich habe ich eine Mail geschrieben und keine Antwort nach langem warten erhalten. Jetzt wird gesagt, dass mir geantwortet wurde auf die Mail, was leider nicht stimmt. Ich habe im Allgemeinen Ordner, sowie im spam Ordner geguckt. Leider wird es meine letzte Bestellung auf der Seite sein. I ordered two fragrances, which also arrived relatively quickly. A fragrance was not sealed properly and leaked. I wrote an email about this and after a long wait I didn't get an answer. Now it says that I got a reply to the mail, which is unfortunately not true. I looked in the general folder as well as in the spam folder. Unfortunately it will be my last order on the site.
