Auch die Preise sind sehr angemessen wenn nicht sogar günstig. Die Teile die ich bisher brauchte, habe ich bei Onlinehändlern jedenfalls nur teurer gefunden. Ich werde sicher wieder kommen. I've bought spare parts for my bean-to-cup machine here several times over the past few years. The staff was always very friendly. The prices are also very reasonable if not cheap. In any case, I've only found the parts I've needed so far at online retailers more expensively. I will come back for sure.

N	N W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to HSC in Eisenbahnstrasse to fix a Kenwood mixer defect after conflicting Kenwood Austria advice on what I should do. Luckily one kind lady in HQ did recommend me HSC (never used). The HSC service (from an easy to park 19D location) from the lady and gentleman staff there was simply excellent - of a type one just does not find in Austria which has limited consumer friendly attitudes (but good law). The problem was analysed and fixed, the advice was extremely friendly and helpful and in English! I would thoroughly recommend this service agent for any brand they uphold (they go the extra mile) and frankly say it is an asset to Kenwood to be able to rely on decent after sales. Thank you.
