★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach Toll! - habe mir heute nur mittels Strichcode meine Gratis Gurgler geholt. An der Kassa 3 Personen. Vor mir eine ältere etwas kompliziertere Dame. Die Dame an der Kassa war echt TOP! Freundlich, hilfsbereit, nicht aus der ruhe zu bringen... die ältere Damen ist dann zufrieden gegangen. Dann kam ich dran. Die Dame an der Kassa hat gesehen daß ich in der Schlange mein Handy in der Hand hatte... als ich dran war lagen schon die Gurgler am Band (hat sich schon während der Bedienung der älteren Dame raufgeholt, mich also in der Schlange wahrgenommen und mein Anliegen richtig gedeutet). Das nenne ich Kundenorientiertheit - TOP Bravo - sieht man heutzutage leider immer seltener.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin äußerst zufrieden mit den kosmetische Produkten. Vom Verkäufer an der Kasse und den Angestellten kann man immer um diverse Kosmetik und verschiedene andere Produkte, welche man selbst nicht kennt, um Rat fragen.
