O	Oskar Steimel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach über einem Jahr muss ich leider die Reißleine ziehen. Die Location ist cool. Der Betreiber lässt diese aber leider versiffen. Die Toiletten werden nicht regelmäßig geputzt und sind in einem desolaten Zustand, in der Küche sammelt sich der Müll von über einem Monat, fahrlässig selbst gelegte Stromleitungen fallen von Zeit zu Zeit aus, im Winter bleibt die Temperatur weit unter 20°C obwohl die Lüftung unerträglich laut ist (an ein Arbeiten ohne Kopfhörer lässt sich nicht denken). Ein versprochener Kopierer ist nie angeschafft worden. Die zugesicherten Gemeinschaftsräume werden ohne Absprache anderweitig vermietet oder mit Sperrmüll zugestopft. Fazit: mit diesem Betreiber absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Die anderen beiden anderen Rezensionen sind übrigens vom Betreiber. Unfortunately, after more than a year, I have to pull the rip cord. Eine umgebaute alte Fabrikshalle mit ganz eigenem Flair und bunt zusammen gewürftelten gebrauchten Möbel. Meine Kunden lieben die nackten Industriewände - gut zum sich auf das Wesentliche zu fokussieren. Very cool location for all those who like to be away from the classic office scheme.
