★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a rental car and want to see the amazing nature around the salzburg area then this is a great hotel. Easy to drive from the hotel to Salzburg, Hallstatt, Wolfgang and Munich as it is near the highway and far from traffic. The hotel is clean and lovely and the staff is between great and just okay. No AC air condition but it wasn't an issue . We walked around Eugendorf & Muhlberg villages next to the hotel and the nature is amazing but some of the locals are not nice to tourists, and tend to stare at strangers or be rude. Still, and overall I would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best customer service and overall hotel experiences we've ever had. We were arriving late so wanted to let the reception know, and even with a language barrier the lady was super considerate and made sure we knew where to go and where to get our keys since the desk would be closed. She was very patient and even left a note in the hotel that made our lives so much easier. The room itself was beautiful and the beds very comfortable. And whole we didn't eat the breakfast there, we've heard only good things about it.
