B	Bernhard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man sollte wirklich Zeit und Nerven mitbringen! Wenn man eine Stunde auf sein Essen warten muss, wohlgemerkt einen gemischen Salat, dann kostet das echt Nerven! Das Personal wirkt völlig überfordert und von Freundlichkeit sind wir hier weit weg. Als ich die Kellnerin nach 40 Minuten angesprochen habe, dass es schon etwas seltsam ist, dass ich jetzt schon 40 Minuten auf einen gemischten Salat warten muss, war ihre Antwort, dass man ja immerhin auch noch Bestellungen zum abholen bewältigen muss. Das mag schon sein aber dann sind zwei Kellner eben einfach zu wenig. Das Essen war dann aber wirklich gut und die Pizza ( ca. 1,5 Stunden später) war auch okay! Leider war das aber unser letzter Besuch dort. You should really have time and nerves! If you have to wait an hour for your meal, mind you a mixed salad, it really gets on your nerves! The staff seems completely overwhelmed and we are far away from friendliness. When I asked the waitress after 40 minutes that it was a bit strange that I had to wait 40 minutes for a mixed salad, her answer was that you still have to handle orders to pick up. That may be true, but then two waiters are simply not enough. The food was really good and the pizza (about 1.5 hours later) was okay too! Unfortunately, that was our last visit there.
B	Bella Hicks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer hier essen möchte, sollte entweder so früh kommen, dass noch kaum Gäste da sind oder vor dem Restaurantbesuch eine Mahlzeit zu sich nehmen. Ansonsten kann man sich darauf gefasst machen, lange zu hungern, bis dann endlich mal das Essen gebracht wird (Wartezeit an einem Samstagabend: für Nudeln und Salate 1h 15min, Pizza nochmal 20min mehr). Das Personal ist komplett überfordert und hat keine Ahnung, wann man mit dem Essen rechnen kann, zumindest unsere Bedienungen haben sich mehr entschuldigt, als dass sie die Bestellungen ausgeliefert haben. Das Essen selbst ist ganz gut, nur mir persönlich ist es das dann doch nicht wert. If you want to eat here, you should either come so early that there are hardly any guests or have a meal before going to the restaurant. Otherwise you can be prepared to go hungry for a long time until the food is finally brought in (waiting time on a Saturday evening: for pasta and salads 1 hour 15 minutes, pizza another 20 minutes more). The staff is completely overwhelmed and has no idea when you can expect the food, at least our waitresses apologized more than they did deliver the orders. The food itself is quite good, but personally it's not worth it for me.
