The rooms are very simple but comfortable and spotlessly clean. No traffic in the night, it is absolutely silent. The food in the restaurant is simple, but tasty and of good quality. The owners are friendly, helpful and can recommend you the best places to park for a visit of Salzburg. The breakfast is well prepared, with good coffee and high quality products. If you like a mountain style 'chalet' and accept to be a bit outside the city centre, it is a great location for a visit of Salzburg. - The road leading to the hotel is very small. If you have a big car you have to be careful. Luckily it is not very far and there is almost zero traffic.

Waking up to the view was wonderful, but we had to sleep with the windows closed to avoid animals from entering the room at night.

The owners were incredibly helpful, considerate and patient. The staff was friendly and the prices very fair. There is absolutely nothing we could fault. Thank you once again to Kurt and his team with a very strong recommendation from us :-)

If you're eating meat you have a huge range of options and the fish dishes are offering locally caught fish as well as from the sea. The quality of the food was exceptional! I ordered a small salad ? with seasonal grilled mushrooms, as aperitif, which was even better than I expected it to be! For the main dish I went with Kasnocken, which is a very traditional Austrian dish with loads of cheese ?. Also the coffee was outstandingly good as was the half of the dessert I had. ? Since I was invited there for a belated birthday dinner, I can't quite say much about the price, but since the quality of the food was over the top and the service was perfect too I guess it is a good deal! Not to forget the awesome view you can enjoy while eating (as long as you're seated outside). ?️ Definitely recommend this place as long as you're having the means to get there!

In the room you could find also basic kitchen stuffs to cook. Staff is very polite and friendly. Everything works in the hotel smoothly. We had extremely pleasant experiences here. Highly recommended!!!

The menue is poor, food has nothing special about it and the service is not prepaired to deal with people from abroad. Price also too high for the delivery. Bad experience.
