★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Monate keine Antwort auf eine Mail mit korrekt ausgefülltem Formular des BMI. Dann war ich persönlich dort und die Mail wurde nicht mal gefunden ("wurde intern nicht weitergeleitet" vermuteten die beiden Damen). Geholfen wurde mir dann auch nicht.
2 months no response to an email with a correctly completed form from the Federal Ministry of the Interior. Then I was there personally and the mail was not even found ("was not forwarded internally" assumed the two ladies). I was not helped either.
