Die vielpropagierten Vorteile liegen für mich nur bei der Versicherungsanstalt. Der einzige Vorteil für mich erscheint möglicherweise darin, dass auf diese Art und Weise Kosten eingespart werden, die sonst die Prämie vielleicht noch höher ausfallen ließen. Mein Verdacht liegt aber eher dort, dass die Einsparungen den Gewinn der Anstalt erhöhen und nur im geringen Umfang zum Vorteil der Versicherten beitragen. Everything "digitized", the automat. T	Toms Rauhvargers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, they booked the wrong premium (PlusPaket instead of BasisPaket), no answer to e-mail where I asked to change it. Instead they keep on sending bills for 'quarterly' Premium (whatever that is) without any explanation what is that and threatening to cancel the insurance policy if I don't pay it. No further communication just sending bills left and right. Not customer oriented at all , surely last year with them.
