T	Tamara U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe dass gerade Coronazeit herrscht und keine Menschenansammlung sein sollte, aber dass man dann mit groben Worten einfach rausgeschickt wird und knapp 15 min in der Kälte warten muss finde ich auch nicht nett! Man sollte es dann eventuell anders organisieren! Ich durfte den Glukoseintoleranztest machen und weil ich keine Überweisung hatte durfte ich es privat zahlen (was ja okay ist!). Aber wenn die Dame am Empfang zuerst sagt es koste 35€ und ich willige ein und wir starten mit allem dann finde ich es eine Frechheit dass sie mir die Rechnung mit dem Betrag von 47€ im Nachhinein reindrückt! Irgendwas im System scheint hier nicht zu funktionieren! Nur die Damen in den Kabinen bei der Blutabnahme waren super - deshalb gibt‘s diesen einen Stern ❤️ I understand that it's Corona time right now and there shouldn't be a crowd, but that you are then simply sent out with rough words and have to wait 15 minutes in the cold, I don't think it's nice either! Then maybe you should organize it differently! I was allowed to do the glucose intolerance test and because I didn't have a referral I was allowed to pay it privately (which is okay!). But when the lady at the front desk first says it costs 35 € and I agree and we start with everything then I think it's a cheek that she pushes me in the bill with the amount of 47 € afterwards! Something in the system doesn't seem to be working here! Only the women in the booths when the blood was taken were great - that's why there is this one star ❤️
A	Andrea Kern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Schalter wird als erstes die Frage gestellt, wie Frau bezahlen wird, die Kugelschreiber werden in Covidzeiten nicht desinfiziert, ( hatte meinen eigenen vergessen). Lediglich die Mitarbeiterin bei der Blutabnahme war freundlich und kompetent. Mein Mann hat übrigens für seinen Antikörper Test im 9. Bezirk um 10 € weniger bezahlt!? The first question asked at the counter is how the woman will pay, the pens are not disinfected in Covid times (I forgot my own). Only the employee who took the blood sample was friendly and competent. By the way, my husband paid 10 € less for his antibody test in the 9th district !?
B	Branislava Nikolic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organisation ist 0.Ich bin 15 Jahre Kunde. Heute habe ich Kontrolle in Spital one Befunde. Normalerweise Befunde soll von 3 Tagen in Spital direkt geschickt. Leider nicht ? Organization is 0. I have been a customer for 15 years. Today I have a check-up in Spital one. Usually findings should be sent directly to the hospital within 3 days. Unfortunately not ?
T	Tina D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manche Damen an der Empfang schreien gerne die Patienten an und sind frech. Sogar gegenüber den Schwangeren mit kleinen Kindern. Wenn man 2,5 Stunden auf den harten Stühlen sitzen muss und dazu noch schwanger ist, ist es nicht so angenehm. Personal bei der Blutabnahme ist sehr freundlich und super nett. Some ladies at the reception like to yell at the patients and are cheeky. Even towards pregnant women with young children. If you have to sit on the hard chairs for 2.5 hours and are also pregnant, it is not so comfortable. The blood draw staff is very friendly and super nice.
