Es kommt darauf an bei wenn man eingeteilt wird Vorteil es wird einen am Vortag ein SMS gesendet das man nicht den Termin vergisst. Im großen und ganzen ok Longer waiting time when making appointments for treatment. You have to be lucky with the treatment staff, one is good, others are tired. It depends on when you are divided. Advantage, an SMS is sent the day before that you don't forget the appointment. On the whole ok
L	Ludwig Hofbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Anruf heute, wurde mir erstens gesagt, dass nur Patienten aufgenommen werden welche in Simmering wohnen und dann auch der erste Termin mitte Juli ist... das nenne ich einmal Service. Könnte man fast Bezirksrassismus nennen haha.... nicht zu empfehlen also. When I called today, I was first told that only patients who live in Simmering will be admitted and then the first appointment is in mid-July ... that's what I call service. You could almost call it district racism haha .... not recommended.
E	Erika Hafner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir gefällts gut hier - Das Personal dieses Insituts ist recht freundlich, macht einen guten Job und auch die Terminvergabe am Schalter verläuft unkompliziert. Die Wartezeiten stören mich nicht - die gibt's überall und gut Ding braucht eben ein bisschen Weile. Die Räumlichkeiten sind in Ordnung und funktionell - habe da allerdings keine Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Ich geh aber auch zur Therapie hin und nicht zur Einrichtungsinspiration :) Weiters finde ich die Lage direkt an der U3 sehr angenehm, die Öffnungszeiten arbeitnehmerInnen-freundlich und die Terminerinnerung per SMS (für Dussel wie mich...) äußerst praktisch. I like it here - the staff at this institute is very friendly, does a good job and making appointments at the counter is also uncomplicated. The waiting times don't bother me - they're everywhere and good things take a little while. The rooms are in order and functional - but I have no means of comparison. But I also go to therapy and not to institution inspiration :) Furthermore, I find the location directly on the U3 very pleasant, the opening times employee-friendly and the appointment reminder via SMS (for Dussel like me ...) extremely practical.

Reagierte ich situationsbedingt impulsiv da überfordert wurde behauptet sei unfreundlich sowie agressiv. Daher nehme ich von den genannten Damen Abstand. Mit Masseurin Barbara und Christine war es nie problematisch.?? Again and again from Dr Schuler and masseuse Fr Alexandra from above in the course of the conversations (communication). I reacted impulsively depending on the situation because it was claimed that it was unfriendly and aggressive. Therefore, I refrain from the women mentioned. It was never a problem with masseuses Barbara and Christine
C	Carina Hartl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finde es eine Frechheit, dass man - nur weil es im Behandlungszeitraum eine Unterbrechung gab (wo die Dame beim Empfang gar nicht wusste WARUM es dazu kam) - dem Kunden unterstellt, die Termine seien einem egal und man am Empfang gesagt bekommt "Jetzt haben Sie eh so lange Zeit gehabt, wo Sie nur daheim gesessen sind". Ich meine wie unprofessionell ist das?! Die 4 ausständigen Termine konnten dann auch nicht mehr vergeben werden, weil angeblich keine Termine mehr frei wären bis Juli. Also ich kann den Laden niemandem empfehlen. Unfreundlichkeit und prepotentes Auftreten beim Empfang-geht gar nicht! Find it an impudence that one - just because there was an interruption in the treatment period (where the lady at the reception did not know WHY it came to) - the customer submits that the dates do not matter and you said at the front desk "Now you have anyway so long had time, where you sat only at home ". I mean, how unprofessional is that ?! The 4 outstanding appointments could then no longer be awarded because allegedly no dates would be free until July. So I can not recommend the store to anyone. Rudeness and prepotentes appearance at the reception-does not work!

Dieser eine Stern wird vergeben weil die ,, DAME,, an der Rezeption unzumutbar ist . Das sowas freches mit Menschen arbeiten darf !UNPACKBAR !. Sollte ich wieder Mal eine physikalische Therapie benötigen gehe ich auf jeden Fall woanders hin auch wenn ich dafür länger fahren muss . Ich weiß nicht wer es gerne hat wenn er/sie wo hingeht, und gleich beim Betreten des Institusts auf sowas negatives stößt. Pfui. Da das hier mein Pseudoname an und Google ist , werde ich in der Kartei nicht gefunden ( sollte das Institut dannach suchen ?) , gerne aber gebe ich meine Daten auf Anfrage des Instituts bekannt, ich habe nichts zu verstecken da das meine Meinung ist ,und es auch den Tatsachen entspricht, dass die Dame unfreundlich ist , ist sicherlich jedem bereits bekannt. Unfortunately, I chose this institute because I live nearby. This one star is given because the ,, DAME,, at the reception is unreasonable. That something cheeky is allowed to work with people!UNPACKABLE!. If I ever need physical therapy again, I'll definitely go somewhere else, even if it means a longer drive. I don't know who likes it when he/she goes somewhere and encounters something negative as soon as they enter the institute. Pooh. Since this is my pseudonym and Google, I won't be found in the file (if the institute should search for it ?), but I'll be happy to provide my data at the institute's request, I have nothing to hide because that's my opinion, and it is also true that the lady is rude, is certainly already known to everyone.
A	Arizona Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Licht und Schatten Die Therapeuten der Rückengruppe sind toll, freundlich, engagiert. Die Dame am Empfang ist leider nicht freundlich. Man merkt ihr an, dass ihr der Job keine besondere Freude macht. Ja, es ist stressig am Empfang und es ist viel los, aber ein freundlicher und netter Empfang wäre schon schön. Light and shadow The therapists in the back group are great, friendly, committed. The lady at the reception is unfortunately not friendly. You can tell that she doesn't really enjoy the job. Yes, it is stressful at the reception and it is busy, but a friendly and nice reception would be nice.
