S	S G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öffnungszeiten stehen auf der Homepage des Labors bis 15:00 wenn man um 12 Uhr dort ist, erfährt man das die Ärztin täglich zur Blutabnahme nicht länger täglich als bis 10 Uhr Vormittags im Haus ist... Ergo was soll das das die Blutabnahme täglich nur bis 10 Uhr geht?! Finde ich eine Frechheit. War heute weder dort wieder keine Blutabnahme erfolgt,mit Begründung: Mi erst ab 13 Uhr. Ja mein Fehler ohne jegliche Frage, nur es war nichts dort los. Ärztin war anwesend, und da hätte die Blutabnahme nicht schnell gemacht werden können? In Wien haben alle Labore täglich länger zur Blutentnahme offen als das in Oberwart. Zweimal Fahrtkosten auf mich genommen für nichts. Nicht in Ordnung wenn man dort bis zu dreimal Falschaussagen der Blutabnahmen Zeiten erhält vor Ort. Der Witz sie hatte genug Arbeitsmaterial vor sich und damit hätte die Blutentnahme gemacht werden können. Man erhält dreimal Falschaussagen wegen der Zeiten und dann wird erwartet man soll es sich merken? Ohne Visitenkarte mit Zeiten, sollte ich keine kriegen, tue ich mir das dort nicht mehr an. Geduld ist am Ende. In Vienna, all laboratories are open for blood sampling longer than the one in Oberwart. Twice travel expenses taken on me for nothing. Not ok if you get up to three times false statements of blood draw times on site. The joke she had had enough work equipment in front of her and blood collection could have been done. You get three times false statements because of the times and then you expect it should remember? Without a business card with times, I should not get any, I do not do that to me anymore. Patience is at the end.

War zum PCR Test dort - sowas unfreundliches, unkoordiniertes, hektisches und brutales habe ich in meinem Leben selten erlebt - wie diese 2 unprofessionellen Damen! Hatte nach meinem Nasen Test 2 Tage lang Nasenbluten und Schmerzen! Habe es auch bereits von mehreren Seiten schon gehört mittlerweile, von diesem Labor einen großen Bogen zu machen!!!! If it were possible I wouldn't give this lab a star! Was there for the PCR test - I've rarely seen anything unfriendly, uncoordinated, hectic and brutal in my life - like these 2 unprofessional women! Had nosebleeds and pain for 2 days after my nose test! I have already heard from several sides by now to give this laboratory a wide berth !!!!

Nachdem ich nun einige Vergleiche zu anderen Laboren sammeln konnte, habe ich kein Verständnis für die wirklich rüde und unfreundliche Umgangsweise am Empfang und bei der Testung an sich. Meine Frau hatte 2 Tage massive Schmerzen in der Nase UND im Rachen. Man wird wie ein Verbrecher behandelt - auf was hinauf? Man bezahlt auch dafür. Leider werde ich dieses Labor nicht mehr aufsuchen. Und wenn man die anderen Bewertungen hier liest hat man seine Bestätigung. My wife and I went to this lab for a PCR test some time ago. Now that I have been able to collect some comparisons with other laboratories, I have no understanding of the really rude and unfriendly way of dealing with reception and testing itself. My wife had massive pain in her nose AND throat for 2 days. You're treated like a criminal - up to what? You pay for it too. Unfortunately, I will no longer visit this laboratory. And if you read the other reviews here you have your confirmation.

Sei es vor Ort oder per Telefon. Alle super freundlich und bemüht ☺️ My husband has been a patient in the laboratory for a few years now. We personally have only had friendly and competent experience so far. Be it on site or by phone. Everyone was super friendly and tried hard ☺️
C	Claudia Lippl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute im Labor und wollte mir Blut abnehmen lassen. Die beiden Damen am Empfang waren sowas von unfreundlich, dass ich wieder gegangen bin. Ich fragte nur, was ich hinschreiben soll zwecks Blutabnahme. Ja das müssen sie selbst wissen, schreiben sie hin was sie wollen müssen eh nur sie bezahlen, das war die Antwort. Das war jetzt das 2 Mal wo die Damen so unfreundlich waren. Dort gehe ich nicht mehr hin. Bin Chefsekretärin in einem Wiener Krankenhaus , aber soetwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Das ist eine Frechheit. Diese Damen sollten daheim bleiben. I was in the laboratory today and wanted to have a blood drawn. The two ladies at the reception were so unfriendly that I left again. I just asked what I should write down for the blood draw. Yes, you have to know that yourself, write down what you want, you just have to pay anyway, that was the answer. That was the 2 times that the ladies were so unfriendly. I don't go there anymore. I'm the chief secretary in a Viennese hospital, but I've never seen anything like it. That is a cheek. These ladies should stay at home.

Habe selber täglich mit Patienten zu tun, aber ich wäre im Leben noch nicht auf die Idee gekommen so unfreundlich denen gegenüber zu sein. Das man manchmal in Stresssituationen vielleicht etwas schnippiger rüber kommt würd ich mir ja noch einreden lassen, aber als ich vor Ort war, war ich die erste Patientin des Tages und das Labor hatte noch keine 10 Minuten geöffnet. Die beiden Damen die die Aufnahme machen sollten sind völlig unfreundlich und wirken wirklich sehr fehl am Platz. Würde es keinem empfehlen und auch selber wird mich dort keiner mehr sehen. Mir fehlten wirklich die Worte und auf die "unfreundlichkeit" geh ich jetzt noch nicht mal genauer ein. Actually, I would give zero stars. I deal with patients on a daily basis myself, but I would never have thought of being so unfriendly towards them in my life. I would let myself be persuaded that sometimes in stressful situations you come across as a little snappier, but when I was there, I was the first patient of the day and the laboratory hadn't been open for 10 minutes. The two women who were supposed to take the picture are completely unfriendly and really seem very out of place. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone and nobody will see me there again. I really lacked the words and I don't even go into the "unfriendliness" in more detail.
D	David Grandits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte einen Antikörpertest machen. Habe gestern im Laufe der Öffnungszeiten vier mal angerufen, um zu fragen, wann das möglich ist. Niemand hat den Anruf entgegen genommen. Einmal war besetzt. Auf der Hompage steht: "Für den Antikörpertest ist keine Anmeldung erforderlich – Sie können jederzeit innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten zu einem unserer neun Standorte kommen. Für den Test ist eine normale Blutabnahme notwendig. Sie müssen weder nüchtern sein noch ist eine Blutentnahme zwingend morgens erforderlich." Also bin ich heute innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten gekommen. Ich wurde an der Rezeption abgewiesen, mit der Begründung, dass es für Blutabnahme eigene Zeiten gibt. Habe darauf hingewiesen, was auf der Homepage steht. Das wurde seitens der extrem unfreundlichen, empathielosen Angestellten bestritten. Hier treffen sich offensichtlich Inkompetenz und Unfreundlichkeit. Ein tolles Unternehmen! Wanted to do an antibody test. Called four times yesterday during opening hours to ask when that was possible. Nobody answered the call. Once was occupied. The website says: "No registration is required for the antibody test - you can come to one of our nine locations at any time during opening hours. Normal blood tests are necessary for the test. So today I came within the opening hours. I was turned away at reception on the grounds that there are separate times for taking blood samples. Have pointed out what is on the homepage. This was denied by the extremely unfriendly, disinterested employees. Obviously incompetence and rudeness meet here. A great company!

Die angegebenen Öffnungszeiten sind eher Richtwerte, viele Leistungen sind schon eine halbe Stunde vor Schluss nicht mehr verfügbar. Die Motivationslosigkeit der Dame welche das Blut abnimmt, ist schwer zu unterbieten. The availability, especially by phone, is almost non-existent. The stated opening times are more of a guideline, many services are no longer available half an hour before the end of the day. The lack of motivation of the lady who draws the blood is hard to beat.
