Anstatt nur eine Rechnung dabei zu legen, hat Frau Antenreiter sogar noch ein paar Worte dazu geschrieben! Das habe ich tatsächlich noch nie so erlebt und mich riesig darüber gefreut! Als ich schon dabei war, den Karton zum Müll zu bringen, fiel mir noch ein kleines Päckchen Servietten auf, dass Frau Antenreiter einfach so, mit einem kleinen Dankesaufkleber dazu gepackt hatte. I have just received my package from Vienna and also ordered from this online shop for the first time. The transaction went smoothly, it arrived well packaged. Instead of just adding an invoice, Ms. Antenreiter even wrote a few words about it! In fact, I've never experienced it like this before and I was really happy about it! When I was already in the process of taking the box to the trash, I noticed a small packet of napkins that Ms. Antenreiter had just packed with a small thank you sticker. Frau Antenreiter hat einen guten Blick um die Stoffe und Dekoartikel passend zusammenzustellen und ich schätze ihre Expertise sehr! Auch der herzliche Umgang und die tolle Beratung machen das Shopping jedesmal zu einem großartigen Einkaufserlebnis. Diesmal konnte ich persönlich leider nicht kommen und kaufte erstmals über die Homepage ein. Diese ist super toll und übersichtlich gestaltet, man findet sich bestens zurecht. Die Bezahlung und Lieferung erfolgte prompt und unproblematisch. Mein einziges Manko ist, dass ich bald zu Hause keinen Platz mehr für die tollen Dekoartikel von La Cassetta habe ;-) Doch ich komme sicher wieder! Everything perfect!
