Rate dringend ab, dort zu bestellen!! Fall an meinem Anwalt weitergegeben. Goods ordered, canceled on the same day, until today only part of the invoice that was paid was returned and no response received despite repeated inquiries. Urgently advise against ordering there !! Wurde sogar über WK Österreich beworben ! Hatte Paket vor 14 Tagen zurückgeschickt, bisher Geld nicht zurückerstattet ! Ich gebe es jetzt meinem Anwalt weiter ! So gehts nicht !!!!! The company advertised "24h Versand"! Package arrived after 14 days only on demand! I immediately paid by credit card! Was even advertised through WK Austria! Returned package 14 days ago, money not yet refunded! I will now pass it on to my lawyer! That's not how it works !!!!!

Nachgefragt, etwas unwirsche Antwort "Zollprobleme" und aufgelegt) auf Vorschlag des Verkäufers storniert, wobei die Rücküberweisung allerdings klaglos funktionierte! Order after 1 month waiting time, whereby the delivery time according to the order form should be 2-5 working days (twice tel. Inquired, somewhat unsound answer "customs problems" and hung up) canceled at the suggestion of the seller, whereby the remittance worked without complaint!

Sehr unfreundlich auf Mail wird nicht geantwortet, telefonisch wird man unfreundlich behandelt bzw. Es wird mitten im Gespräch aufgelegt. Ware vor 14 Tagen bestellt und noch immer nicht da. Laut Internet Seite sollte die Ware in 5Tagen da sein. On July 25th the goods are still not there, how should you ask the post office where the package is if you don't get a tracking number from you. Very unfriendly E-mails are not answered, you are treated unfriendly over the phone or they hang up in the middle of a conversation. Goods ordered 14 days ago and still not there. According to the website, the goods should be there in 5 days.

Habe weder eine Nachricht bekommen, noch jemals mein Geld zurück. Qualität war meiner Meinung nach auch nicht nice. Bought a face shield in the summer and, since I didn't need it, used the right of withdrawal to send the item back. I never got a message and never got my money back. In my opinion, quality wasn't nice either.

Ware in Ordnung und praktikabel. 6.-€ Porto könnte billiger sein. Zweite Erfahrung: 15 Min. nach Schließung des Lokals den Chef beim Verladen von großen Kartons noch angetroffen. Offensichtlich in großer Eile und trotzdem anstandslos freundlich bedient. Große Klasse !!! First experience: Ordering over the Internet with absolutely no problems. Received by post in Vienna on the 2nd working day after ordering. Goods in order and workable. 6.- € postage could be cheaper. Second experience: 15 minutes after the establishment was closed, the boss was still loading large boxes. Obviously in a great hurry and still served very friendly. Great class !!!
