★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gleich beim ersten betreten der zwar ein bisschen engen Geschäftsräumen mit sehr sorgfältig sortierten Überangebot an Bekleidung und Accessoires für sie und ihm hatte Mann das Gefühl hier ist sicher etwas auch für mich. Die Suche Zählt sich aus, es ist Qualitativ hochwertig zum Schnäppchen Preis.
 Right at the first step in the somewhat cramped business premises with very carefully sorted oversupply of clothing and accessories for her and him man had the feeling here is certainly something for me. The search counts, it is high quality at a bargain price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu den negativen Bewertungen bez. Personal: Ich persönlich finde gerade das komplett unaufdringliche Personal super. Nichts ist lästiger als in Ruhe stöbern zu wollen und ständig zugequatscht zu werden. Wenn man Beratung braucht, ist das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.
Gerade in einem Second-Hand möchte man doch in Ruhe schauen und genießen können?! - und das kann man hier! Super viel Auswahl und es gibt immer etwas zu entdecken :)
The negative reviews regarding the staff: I personally think the completely unobtrusive staff is great. Nothing is more annoying than wanting to browse in peace and constantly being chatted to. If you need advice, the staff is very accommodating.
You want to be able to look and enjoy in peace, especially in a second-hand shop ?! - and you can do that here! A lot of choice and there is always something to discover :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy a birthday present, sunglasses or shoes or a small bag -- but the owners were 100% disinterested in serving us, they were busy doing there bookkeeping or such.
So ok we left and bought something else at the Lagerfeld store.
Also, most of their stuff is quite ... well, for the very conservative woman, aka, most items are a bit dull.
Also, many items are terribly overpriced - like the sunglasses, I mean, i can get those for 30% of their price on vestaire or vite.
So, I am sorry, but I personally cannot recommend.
