A	Anonym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren vor einigen Jahren hier. Damals gefiel uns das Hotel sehr gut. Das Frühstück war überragend!! Nie wieder bekamen wir ein so tollen Frühstsücksservice. Der Saunabereich ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind nett. We were here a few years ago. At that time we liked the hotel very well. The breakfast was outstanding !! Never again we got such a great breakfast service. The sauna area is beautiful. The rooms are nice.

Gästebeschwerden werden nicht ernst genommen und Zimmer sind zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen, besonders die Bäder. Hier wird man mit Dreck und Schmutz konfrontiert. The older arrogant lady should work on your behavior. Guest complaints are not taken seriously and some of the rooms are showing their age, especially the bathrooms. Here you are confronted with dirt and grime.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, jeden Tag wurden die Handtücher getauscht und alles sauber gereinigt. Unser Wunsch die Vorhänge - wegen der Sonneneinstrahlung - zuzuziehen wurde die gesamte Woche perfekt erfüllt. Der Ausblick auf die Streif und den Wilden Kaiser von den Balkonen ist ein weiteres Highlight. Das Frühstück ist sehr fein und vielfältig - auf der gemütlichen Frühstücksterrasse hat es gleich nochmals besser geschmeckt. Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt (das ganze Personal war SEHR freundliche und hilfsbereit) und werden definitiv wieder kommen. Man merkt, dass es kein Massenabfertigungshotel ist - das war uns gerade heuer sehr wichtig. Weiter so ? We have just spent 8 days at the Kitz Garni with our 2 girls. Our room was very clean, the towels were changed every day and everything was cleaned cleanly. Our wish to draw the curtains - because of the sunshine - was perfectly fulfilled the entire week. The view of the Streif and the Wilder Kaiser from the balconies is another highlight. The breakfast is very fine and varied - it tasted even better on the cozy breakfast terrace. We felt very welcome (all the staff were VERY friendly and helpful) and will definitely be back. You can tell that it is not a mass-processing hotel - that was very important to us this year. Keep it up ?

N	Nico Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hotel ist ca 15 - 20 Minuten Fußweg von Zentrum entfernt, für mich also noch gut im Rahmen. Der Eingangsbereich sowie der restliche Teil des Erdgeschosses ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Bei den Zimmern kann man bis auf das Bad selbiges sagen. Das Bad ist für mein Empfinden schon ein paar Jahre älter. Was mir nicht so gut gefiel war, dass die Toilette in einem anderen Raum als der Rest des Badezimmers war und es dort kein Waschbecken gab. Die Zimmer waren bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr sauber. Allerdings lagen in einer Ecke des Zimmers noch Socken die scheinbar übersehen wurden. Mich stört so etwas nicht so sehr, glaube aber das es Menschen gibt die das anders sehen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war von der Auswahl wirklich gut. Allerdings war der Aufbau des Buffets in einem sehr kleinen Raum, was es gerade in Corona Zeiten unmöglich machte sich mit zwei Personen am Buffet zu bedienen. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes' walk from the center, so for me it is still within the limits. The entrance area and the rest of the ground floor are very nicely decorated. The same can be said for the rooms except for the bathroom. In my opinion, the bathroom is a few years older. What I didn't like that much was that the toilet was in a different room from the rest of the bathroom and there was no sink. The rooms were very clean with one exception. However, there were still socks in a corner of the room that were apparently overlooked. It doesn't bother me that much, but I believe that there are people who see it differently. The staff was always very friendly. The breakfast selection was really good. However, the setup of the buffet was in a very small room, which made it impossible to serve yourself at the buffet with two people, especially in Corona times.

S	Sébastien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with Suzanne and Harry below: ridiculously arrogant on the phone. Couldn't come, the lady said we would get a voucher. We never received it. Empathy and sympathy close to abysmal nothingness.
