★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Большие апартаменты, немного удаленны от центра. Но на машине можно доехать за 6 минут. Нет шампуней и мыла. Прекрасный вид на горы.
Large apartments, a bit remote from the center. But by car you can drive in 6 minutes. No shampoos and soaps. Beautiful view of the mountains.

Comfortable, well-equipped and clean apartments. 50 m ski bus stop. Ski room with boot dryers. The service is friendly and willing to help. To the historic center of Kitzbuhel 25min on foot. I highly recommend.

Das Appartment ist sehr sauber gewesen. Bei Ankunft hatten wir Probleme mit der Heizung. Das Problem wurde allerdings am nächsten Tag direkt beseitigt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer bei Fragen auch telefonisch erreichbar.
Negativ müssen wir allerdings das Thema Datenschutz bewerten.
Unsere persönlichen Daten lagen öffentlich zugänglich an der Rezeption, sodass jeder diese einsehen konnte, da die Tür immer ohne Besetzung offen stand...
Zudem fehlten im Appartment ein paar alltägliche Dinge wie zb. Backpapier, Salz und Pfeffer sowie ein paar Mülltüten.
The location is great.
The apartment was very clean. On arrival we had problems with the heating. However, the problem was resolved the next day. The staff is very friendly and always available by phone if you have any questions.
However, we have to rate the issue of data protection negatively.
Our personal data was publicly available at the reception, so that everyone could see it, as the door was always open without an occupation ...
In addition, a few everyday things were missing in the apartment, such as. Baking paper, salt and pepper and a few garbage bags.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful self catered apartments, with great rural and mountain views. On the edge of the town, on a quiet road. Close to the bus into town which is free for those with a ski pass. Lovely English and German speaking hosts who are contactable by phone. Associated with Elements 3 ski and guide hire, so they can really help out with information and advice, with no pressure.
