Nice Hotel, but with some issues. - the curbside check in is just an achitectual desaster for any car larger than a golf.:-) - the new spa hat no „privacy“ anymore. Full glass sauna facing to the main floors or terrace. Although nicely made, but highly annoying that EVERYBODY from EVERYWHERE can freely watch into... Overall it’s a nice place to stay, but no comparison to Stanglwirt f.e.

Very beautyy ??and good hotel..

A-Rosa is located just a little uphill but it is surrounded by mountains and every morning, i woke up to the beautiful mountain view right outside my window. The staff are all very friendly, it had a very spread of breakfast and even the restaurant is facing the mountains. Highly recommended if you want to have a break just to relax or be close to nature. There's a mini golf course right in front of the hotel and even that was beautiful. The views from the outside terrace and restaurant were spectacular. The area around the outside pool area was also very nice and a lovely indoor swimming pool. The spa is also amazing!

I love this resort, it is a fairy tale at the beginning of the Christmas season, the decoration is lovely! Great vibes, you feel welcome and at home, the staff is really warm and friendly. What I missed was a shuttle service to the city, this is a must for a hotel in this category. Anyway, it is a great choice for the festive season!

Beautiful resort and amazing food. The view to the mountains is breathtaking! The resort is Baby friendly with all amenities available. We still have one day here but we will be coming back for sure!

The hotel is not bad but way overpriced for what it is and the service was not good at all. We arrived in front of the hotel with our car and we were waiting for someone to tell us what to do, where to park our car but nobody came. We unloaded the luggage from the car put it on the pavement, went to park our car then came back and checked in. You can guess if someone helped us with the luggage to bring it to the room - nope. Then the room was a bit outdated inside and super cold, the heating was off and we had to find how to turn the heating, the switch was under the desk. Then we went to the reception and asked to check out on the next day instead of one day later and explained them that we don't feel welcome and comfortable in their venue, they said it was Ok if we paid 90% of the night rate because we were outside of the cancelation period...the price of the room was over 400 euro per night...I gave it two stars and not one because of the steak house restaurant Kaps which was located in the hotel. The restaurant was great! Next time we go to Kitzbuhel we will be looking into other options for our accommodation.

Wonderful place! Service, food, rooms and hotel facilities were awesome! Definitely planning to go again!

Fabulous stay at this hotel, we were so glad we picked it especially with the weather being so hot (and us being there to ski) it gave us the best of both worlds with the spa and outdoor sunbathing area and easy access to the slopes! A short drive (3-5 minutes) from the main ski area / train station and the “shuttle” is practically a private driver, the longest we waited all week for a pick up was 5 minutes. The hotel also kindly dropped us to and from the train station. The lady driving the shuttle van is super friendly and accommodating she was great. Check in was smooth and the receptionist super accommodating. Spa was amazing and so much better than the photos with so many relaxing areas to lie, outdoors in the sunshine, by the pool or in one of the 4 relaxation rooms. Various saunas a steam room. Had a fantastic massage. Food was great. Service in restaurant was great. Only comment is it would be nice to have better coffees available in the morning (I.e not from the machines). It was a bit annoying to be charged €2.50 every night for a carafe of water with dinner, water should probably be complimentary. Our room was nice, comfortable, spacious with a nice view. Only comment is it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Terrace is lovely and so many nice places to sit and have a drink inside too. So glad we picked this hotel!
