M	Maria köckeis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das war mein Geburtsort und bin dort auch aufgewachsen. Leider ist es heute ein toter Ort. Ich kann meine Lieben nur mehr am Friedhof besuchen. Es gibt in Lackenhof am Ötscher nichts mehr. Keine Restaurants mehr. Ein kleines Geschäft mit Kaffee und auch kleiner Speisekarte ist das einzige. Sämtliche Gasthäuser und Pensionen wurden an Ungarn und Russen verkauft und sind meist geschlossen. Also unsere Eltern und Großeltern würden sich im Grab umdrehen , wenn sie sehen könnten was aus all dem geworden ist , was sie mühevoll aufgebaut hatten. Nun habe ich mir ordentlich Luft gemacht. Es war mir ein Anliegen. Kann man leider nicht bewerten. Nur für die schöne Gegend. That was my birthplace and I grew up there. Unfortunately, today it is a dead place. I can only visit my loved ones at the cemetery. There is nothing more in Lackenhof am Ötscher. No more restaurants. A small shop with coffee and a small menu is the only one. All inns and guest houses have been sold to Hungarians and Russians and are mostly closed. So our parents and grandparents would turn in the grave if they could see what has become of everything they had laboriously built up. Now I've gotten a good deal of air. It was my concern. Unfortunately, you can not rate. Only for the beautiful area.

In diesem Zeitraum wurde der Kirchenwirt nur von einer Servicekraft geführt, am Abend ergänzt von einer Kellnerin, weder der Hotelmanager noch ein Koch(!) war vor Ort. . Die Servicekraft war zwar sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber sichtlich überfordert. Es ist eine Zumutung, als zahlender Gast die Essensauswahl im Urlaub davon abhängig zu machen, ob man die Zubereitung einer Laie/nicht ausgebildeten Köchin zutraut! Unser Zimmer war groß und hell, die Hygiene aber mangelhaft. Als Hotelmanager eine einzige Person trotz mehreren Gästen vollkommen allein zu lassen ist natürlich absolut unverständlich, verantwortungslos und unprofessionell. We were 5 days in the church host. B	Barbara Horvath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr bemühter Hotellier eines etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Gasthofs. Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück reichhaltig und frisch. Mitten im Ort, daher ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt fürs Schifahren und Wandern. Zimmer im 3. Stock war sauber und mit guter Aussicht! Very hard-working hotelier of a somewhat dated inn. Friendly, courteous staff. Breakfast rich and fresh. In the middle of the village, therefore excellent starting point for skiing and hiking. Room on the 3rd floor was clean and with a good view!

Entgegen der Beschreibungen von Booking.com verfügt nicht jedes Zimmer über einen Balkon. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Gebäude ist in einem schlechten baulichen Zustand. Auch sicherheitsrelevante Vorkehrungen fehlen. Wir sind nach einer Nacht im Hotel abgereist. Mich wundert es, dass man im 21. Jahrhundert ein solches Hotel in Österreich betreiben darf. Vor allem, dass diverse Behörden und Verbände nicht tätig werden. We booked two nights at this hotel. I noticed a musty smell as soon as I entered the hotel. Contrary to the descriptions of Booking.com, not every room has a balcony. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The building is in poor structural condition. There are also no safety precautions. We left after one night in the hotel. I am surprised that such a hotel can be run in Austria in the 21st century. Above all, that various authorities and associations are not taking action.
