F	Franz Strommer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dem unter ungarischer geführtem Hotel merkt man das Alter schon an, jedoch sind die Zimmer und das Personal sehr in Ordnung für den Preis. Wir wurden mit unserem Hund sehr freundlich begrüßt. Empfehlung! The under hungarian led hotel you can tell the age, but the rooms and the staff are very ok for the price. We were greeted very friendly with our dog. Recommendation!
d	d r on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frühstück: Zu wenig Gebäck, wird auch nicht nachgeliefert, bei Nachfrage um Brot, bekommt man die Aussage: Brot ist aus, essen Sie Toastbrot. Nur eine Kaffeemaschine, daher lange Warteschlange. Frühstück ab 8 Uhr ist viel zu spät, mit Kindern ist der Shuttlebus - der um 9:05 Uhr - fährt kaum zu schaffen. Bei Anfrage um frühere Frühstückszeiten bekommt man die Aussage: Sie können ja selbst ein Hotel führen. Abendbuffet: Teilweise undefinierbare, lauwarme Speisen, man überlässt das Buffet unbeaufsichtigt den Gästen und deren Kindern. Mit der Folge, dass dieses in Kürze unappetitlich und ungenießbar ist. Ausstattung der Zimmer ist veraltet, Heizung nicht regulierbar, WLAN funktioniert nur sporadisch. Wassertemperatur im Pool zu kalt, Personal sehr schnippisch und unfreundlich. Fazit: Eine Schande für den österreichischen Tourismus, man wähnt sich in einer ungarischen Enklave, obwohl selbst der Standard in Ungarn höher liegt. Sicherlich nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Breakfast: Not enough pastries, they will not be delivered, if you ask for bread, you get the message: Bread is out, eat toast. Only a coffee machine, therefore a long queue. Breakfast from 8 a.m. is far too late, the shuttle bus - which leaves at 9:05 a.m. - is almost impossible to manage with children. When inquiring about earlier breakfast times you get the statement: You can run a hotel yourself. Evening buffet: Partly indefinable, lukewarm dishes, the buffet is left unattended to the guests and their children. With the result that this is shortly unsavory and inedible. The furnishings in the rooms are outdated, heating cannot be regulated, WLAN only works sporadically. Water temperature in the pool too cold, staff very snippy and unfriendly. Conclusion: A shame for Austrian tourism, you think you are in a Hungarian enclave, even though the standard in Hungary is higher. Certainly not to be recommended.

Doch anscheinend ist dieses hotel unter ungarischer führung, man hat den anschein als wäre man als Österreicher nicht Willkommen. Fast alles steht auf ungarisch, in der “Lobby“ läuft ein fernseher mit einem ungarischen sender. Die Bediensteten sind nicht die freundlichsten. Leider war auch noch der Pool gesperrt. Auf Beschwerden reagiert man gekonnt und uninteressiert mit einem achselzucken. Sehr bedenklich sind auch die Kameras im Saunabereich. Mehr als eine Nacht hätten wir es in diesem Hotel unter dieser Führung wirklich nicht ausgehalten. Hotel is very outdated, simple and plain which is still fair for the price. But apparently this hotel is under Hungarian management, it seems like an Austrian is not welcome. Almost everything is in Hungarian, in the “lobby” there is a television with a Hungarian channel. The servants are not the friendliest. Unfortunately the pool was also locked. One reacts skillfully and uninterestedly to complaints with a shrug of the shoulders. The cameras in the sauna area are also very worrying. We really couldn't have stayed more than one night in this hotel under this leadership.

Kiváló, barátságos, végtelenül segítőkész magyar nyelvű házigazdák!! Large parking, very delicious and abundant food. Clean, neat rooms. Swimming pool, sauna super. Hungarian tv channels! Billiards, table football, board games .. Excellent, friendly, endlessly helpful Hungarian hosts !!

Bátran ajánlom mindenkinek, aki szeretne egy nagyon barátságos, gyönyörű környezetben néhány napot kikapcsolódni, illetve feltöltődni. Külön köszönet a hotel tulajdonosának illetve feleségének tökéletes szilvesztert tudtunk velük együtt eltölteni. Ez az a hely, ahol az ember nem tudja eldönteni, hogy ki a vendég és ki a vendeglató. The kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the location were perfect. I would strongly recommend to anyone who wants to relax or recharge in a very friendly, beautiful environment for a few days. Special thanks to the hotel owner and wife for spending the perfect New Year with them. This is a place where one cannot decide who is a guest and who is a vendegator.

Nice 3-star hotel right next to the cross-country ski trail. Clean rooms good varied food friendly hosts. We will be back!

(✷‿✷) Great place, mainly with Hungarian audience. Great food, comfortable room. After a day of skiing, there is nothing better than sitting in the sauna! I absolutely recommend it. (✷‿✷)

Szauna, játékszoba és medence is található a hotelben, ami szuper program egy síelés után. Sípálya is rendkívül közel volt. Csak ajánlani tudom! Nice staff, very delicious breakfast and dinner with a huge selection. There is also a sauna, games room and swimming pool, which is a great program after a day of skiing. The ski slope was also extremely close. I can only recommend!
