N	Nico Federico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind zum ersten Mal in einem familotel und sind schon etwas begeistert. Das Hotel ist wirklich schön. Wir haben ein schönes Zimmer mit kleinen extra Zimmern mit einem stockbett in dem unsere Tochter schläft. Das Essen ist sehr gut, abends gibt es ein Menu aus dem sich mehrere Vorspeisen und aus zwei Hauptgerichten etwas finden lässt. Getränke (alkoholfrei) sind jederzeit zugänglich, hierzu zählen auch jegliche Kaffeevariationen. Der Happy Club ist sehr schön und die Erzieher wirklich toll. Der „Toberaum“ ist groß und hat schöne Spielmöglichkeiten. Der Poolbereich ist ausreichen mit einem Kleinkindbereich (mit Minirutsche) und einem größeren Pool (beide innen). Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls, sehr schön gemacht, neben einem Sprungbereich gibt es einen Wasserlauf, Sandkasten, eine kleine Burg und ein Fußballplatz (eingezäunt) zum spielen. Direkt vom Hotel können Wanderwege angesteuert werden und der Walserbus hält direkt unten an der Straße. Die angebotenen Massagen sind sehr toll, unbedingt buchen. Es wird auch die Möglichkeit geboten, das E-Auto zu laden und natürlich Kinderwagen und Buggy gibt es alles umsonst. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Erfahrung unsere Tochter hat sich wohlgefühlt und wir auch! Sehr hoher Erholungsgaktor möglich This is our first time in a familotel and we are already a little enthusiastic. The hotel is really nice. We have a nice room with small extra rooms with a bunk bed in which our daughter sleeps. The food is very good, in the evening there is a menu from which you can find several starters and two main courses. Drinks (non-alcoholic) are accessible at all times, including any coffee variety. The Happy Club is very nice and the educators are really great. The "play room" is large and has nice play facilities. The pool area is sufficient with a toddler area (with mini slide) and a larger pool (both inside). The outdoor area is also very nicely done, in addition to a diving area there is a watercourse, sandpit, a small castle and a football field (fenced) to play. Hiking trails can be accessed directly from the hotel and the Walserbus stops right down on the road. The massages offered are very great, definitely book. There is also the possibility to charge the e-car and of course prams and buggies are all free. All in all a very nice experience, our daughter felt good and so did we! Very high recovery factor possible

Only thing that we didn't like and it did happen was one time we left our 2 yo daughter in the child care and went for a mini trip (2/3 hours) around. When we arrive, we saw 1 adult taking care of only 2 little girls, my daughter and another girl of the same age, they didn't see us, and they were all three bored doing nothing, then my daughter saw us, and start crying A LOT (we though she missed us), but turns out she had poo on his nappy for long long time, and that left a very painful bound on her butt for a couple of days. You CANNOT say you didn't smell it for like 2 hours. Since then, she was kind of afraid to go again to this child care. In the other hand, other adults taking care of the kids were very nice I think they did a good job, except for that experience. So, if you go with a baby say very clearly, that your baby has a sensitive skin and please change the nappis ASAP. The rest of the hotel experience was 10 out of 10.
S	Sylwia K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spent long weekend with my daughter in the hotel. They had solid Corona Concept and the stay was fantastic. All wishes were met. Great offer for kids, young and teens. Nice staff and good food. Plus lovely landscapes and modern rooms. We will come back!
