Mittelberg, Austria, is the perfect booking for our 2 day trip. Absolutely wonderful Customer Service which needs to be mentioned.
For various reasons out of our control, we were unable to stay at this wonderful hotel.
However, I’d already made the booking! - The hotel were wonderfully understanding, super polite and generously waived the cancellation fee.
In dealing with the hotel, I experienced a very high level of professionalism and courtesy.
I will make a point of staying there next time I’m in the vicinity - Cant wait !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, easily accessible and friendly staff. Very close to the skilifts. The rooms are huge, comparing to other hotels and the wellness area is awesome. The parking is too small and the curtains in the rooms could be prettier. For breakfast as for dinner (buffet) there could be a bigger choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've stayed here for a week and have been absolutely amazed by the friendliness of all employees and the owners. It was the first vacation with our daughter in a hotel and the hotel made it really comfy for us. They serve the special needs of toddlers, the playroom was really nice and they even prepared special meals for the little ones.
The food is just incredible and really high quality. With every dinner you can have perfectly matching wine selected by the owner.
Also the view from the hotel is really good and there are hiking trails easy to reach from there. All facilities are very clean and make the stay even more comfy.
We're really looking forward to our next stay there.
A really big thank you to the entire team, you made our vacation perfect!
