I stay in an ifen corner suite 228 very spacious and modern furniture .. the staff are very helpful .. room facilities are great .. for nespresso machines mini bar ..

Our hotel room had a beautiful view over the valley and a clear view of the surrounding mountains. Restaurants are very good too. Talking of good. That SPA is so very relaxing. We really enjoyed our time there. Thanks to Hotel Ifen. We're likely to return.

Amazing breakfast and kind service while sitting on terrace with wonderful Alps view. Take your time at the spa area, drink a tea and enjoy life. Thank's for great days in your House!

The service and level of respect is absolutely outstanding. I never wrote a review before, but I decided to go out of my way to write this review because this hotel absolutely deserves it. From the very beginning they handled all our luggage and parking the car in a very professional and friendly manner. Later that night we went down to have dinner, the staff were extremely accommodating and understanding when we notified them about our allergies. We weren't able to order dessert due to our allergies, so instead they prepared some dessert plates that weren't on the menu just for us. Took them a tad bit longer to finish our dessert, but it was definitely worth the wait. Their breakfast is outstanding. They have a very wide range of options and varieties, and the quality of the food is amazing. It's been a long time since I last had English tea as good as the one I had that morning. Of course I don't have to say much about the view from the balcony. The pictures speak for themselves. The reception was very helpful and useful in recommending tourist sites to visit. If I ever visit Austria again, I will definitely book with them again. Honestly words cannot describe how unbelievable my experience with them was.

Bit too complicated breakfast order when the staff spoke very little english but we managed. Was told that Amex was accepted but it didnt work and nobody tried to fix it. Luckily I always have to credit card with me when traveling. The towels in the room smell funny I hope because of a detergent they use. Other than that a great hotel.
