★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Beratung besser wie der Lutz Personal sehr freundlich und sehr gepflegt. Das Kunden Wc in 2 Stock könnte öfters gelüft werden.
 Very good advice, better than the Lutz staff, very friendly and well looked after. The customer toilet on the second floor could be aired more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kam ich mir nach meinem 25 min. Aufenthalt vor wie im Baumarkt. Kein/e freie/r Vekäufer/in anwesend. Hab allerdings auch nicht in anderen Abteilungen nach jemandem gesucht. Nun hat die Konkurenz das Geschäft gemacht....
Unfortunately I came after my 25 min. Stay like in the hardware store. No free seller present. Didn't look for someone in other departments either. Now the competition has done the business ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man findet wirklich tolle Angebote...gute Qualität, im Restaurant wird man sehr freundlich bedient mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht auch das Essen ist sehr gut... und abwechslungsreich... Kann ich weiter empfehlen...
You can find really great offers ... good quality, in the restaurant you are served very friendly with a smile on your face, the food is very good ... and varied ... I can recommend ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor dem Geschäft gibt es einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Im Geschäft fühlte ich mich eher erdrückt, da die Raumhöhen ungewohnt sehr niedrig sind. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Geschäft ist sauber und die Preise sind moderat. Das Sortiment finde ich etwas unübersichtlich aber gut sortiert.
There is a large free car park in front of the shop. In the shop I felt rather overwhelmed because the room heights are unusually very low. The staff is friendly, the shop is clean and the prices are moderate. I find the range somewhat confusing but well sorted.

Wollten polsterstoff kaufen..nach langem lockdown hätte ich etwas Beratung erwünscht.
Dame weißte uns darauf hin..da vorne sind Kataloge.da können sie schauen..tja..keine Preise.. keine Beratung...keine Verkäuferin..
Da kann ich dann eh online bestellen und muss nicht Arbeitsplätze und Umsatz von der kika Filiale fördern...danke für nichts..
Beim nächsten Einkauf fahre ich eugendorf?

The lady told us about it .. there are catalogs in front .. there you can look .. well .. no prices .. no advice ... no saleswoman ..
I can then order online anyway and don't have to promote jobs and sales from the kika branch ... thanks for nothing ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine katastrofe,kaufe einen Regal um 139 Euro verkäufer verspricht mir einen Rabat(Mwst)16.67% sagt dan es sind über 140 Euro zu bezahlen das Regal war mit falschem Preis ausgezeichnet.Verkäufer sehr arogant vermute das es ein Chef ist.Habe das Regal trotzdem gekauft.Beim Warenausgabe das gleiche Arogant und ohne begrüssung.

A catastrophe, buy a shelf for 139 euros, the seller promises me a discount (VAT) 16.67%, then says there are more than 140 euros to be paid, the shelf was wrongly priced. The seller very arrogantly assumes that it is a boss. I have the shelf anyway bought. When issuing the goods the same arrogant and without a greeting.
