★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr tolle Beratung. Das Kinderland ist super und das Restaurant ist auch lecker. Leider dauert das Essen im Restaurant sehr lange aber das macht nichts. Dieser Lutz ist sehr groß und wird aktuell noch größer Ausgebaut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben 2x Geschirrsets gekauft um 230 Euro! Zuhause haben wir es ausgepackt und festgestellt, dass dieses Geschirr richtig schlampig verarbeitet wahr. ( Bläschen, Matzen, in der weißen Farbe braune flecken etc..)
Wir haben dann angerufen, ob man dieses umtauschen könne und eine sehr nette Dame hat sich für uns eingesetzt, dass wir die Fehlerhaften ( was laut Leitung keine sind) austauschen können den Sie sehe das auch nicht ein!
Habe dann vorgestern ein Auflaufset gekauft (40 Euro) wo Zuhause wider die super Überraschung auf mich wartete...
2 Kleine davon wahren zerkratzt, 1 Mittlere war unten abgepletzt und die große hatte von der Glasur überhaupt ein kleines loch drinnen!
Natürlich bin ich wider hin wo mir die Leitung erklärte, dass sei normal und ist keine Beschädigung immerhin ist das eine Billigmarke und man solle nicht viel erwarten um diesen Preis!
Die beste Aussage wahr wegen den Kratzern. Immerhin würde ich sicher später zuhause auch welche rein machen! Meiner Meinung nach ist es ein kleiner Unterschied, ob ich sie zuhause rein mach oder sie so neu kaufe!
In Zukunft werde ich Beim Lutz kein Geschirr mehr kaufen da man anscheinend der Meinung ist wenn man für ein Geschirr keine 1000 Euro ausgibt braucht man keine Qualität erwarten!
Leider fällt diese Meinung den sehr netten Mitarbeiter auf den Kopf die am wenigsten etwas dafür können!
In Zukunft kaufe ich lieber bei Hofer oder Ikea das 10 Euro Geschirr. Diese weisen eine bessere Qualität vor als der Lutz!
We bought 2 sets of dishes for 230 euros! At home we unpacked it and found that this harness was really sloppily made. (blisters, matzo, brown spots in the white color etc..)
We then called to see if this could be exchanged and a very nice lady advocated for us so that we could exchange the faulty ones (which according to management are not) and you don't see that either!
Then the day before yesterday I bought a casserole set (40 euros) where the super surprise was waiting for me at home...
2 small ones were scratched, 1 middle one had chipped off at the bottom and the big one had a small hole in it from the glaze!
Of course I'm back when the management explained to me that it's normal and there's no damage, after all it's a cheap brand and you shouldn't expect much at this price!
The best statement true because of the scratches. After all, I would certainly put some in later at home! In my opinion it makes a small difference whether I clean them at home or buy them new!
In the future I won't buy any more dishes from the Lutz because they seem to think that if you don't spend 1000 euros on a dish you don't have to expect quality!
Unfortunately, this opinion falls on the head of the very nice employees who can least do anything about it!
In the future I'd rather buy the 10 euro crockery from Hofer or Ikea. These are of better quality than the Lutz!
