Without question, the worst experience we've had at a restaurant! Firstly, in case you question on what grounds I base my review. I've been a cook and waiter at Radisson Hotel (5 stars) in Copenhagen - Denmark for 12 years. This restaurant, specifically the owners, unfortunately treats their customers very poorly. We ordered 3 main courses, one being a pizza which was sublime! The 2 other dishes however, was some of the worst and bland dishes I've ever come across in my years in the culinary world. On the menu, the dish was a fillet of Pike-perch (white fish) sided with beans, peas and cauliflower. The 2 dishs we received however, was a soup-ramen like substance with clearly frozen peas and beans. Untop layed 2 pieces of 1/8 size fillet. The fish tasted delicious, however the rest of the dish was completely bland. More than 80% of the dish was the soup substance which was not even on the menu. Our waiter confirmed that he had seen the same dish in 3 different variations just this very same day. Our serving, was the first time he saw the dish being served in soupwater. The dish was no bigger than an appetizer but was advertised, and certainly also priced as a main course. 16.90€ Pizzas went between 10-15€. We informed our waiter with our complaints. He apologized and left the room and came back with his boss. We clearly realized this was the financial headmaster and owner of the restaurant, because she was as corrupt as you could possibly be. She didn't care one single bit about our experience with the food, she only cared about the content of our wallets. After 5 minutes of discussion which heated up rapidly because of the terrible attitude of the boss, we asked for the bill and proposed a discount was in place or even a complete void of the two uneatable dishes. Keep in mind, the menu didn't describe the dish came in a ball of water, plus the waiter had already confirmed he had seen this same dish come out of the kitchen in 3 different variations the same night, ours being the first served in soupwater! The boss refused to offer a discount NOR a replacement of the two main courses as substitution for the poor soup dish. The discussion became quite the scene because of her stubbornness. This was a prime example of NOT having a financial responsible handling service. She couldn't care one single bit about the service of her guests, she only cared about locking the profit €! Our waiter (Non-related to the boss) offered to pay the two dishes out of his own money, even though it was not his fault. We kindly rejected this offer since he should never pay for the incompetence of his boss or the cook in the kitchen. We ended up paying the full price and left with a very bad taste in our mouths, both literally and figuratively. Prime example of a corrupt owner disrespecting the concept of good service and attitude towards guests. Never let the owner who is financially invested, settle the argument with displeased guests! Unacceptable and the absolute worst experience I've encountered in my life. I am writing this just 40 minutes later while eating a ball of cereal, because I left with an empty stomach for the price of 16.90€ and a horrendous mood.

Asked if we could order takeaway today and assured we could, tried to order 2 hours later at 8pm (restaurant still fully open) and told “run out of pizza and no other food available for takeaway”. Shops all shut, all restaurants full, and no food to eat for dinner. Don’t say takeaway available if not as we now have 8 starving people and no food. Previously ate expensive and average dinner there and reluctantly went back. Never again.
