k	kadan hiba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place we have stayed in Austria. First, the host Thomas was very welcoming and helping, each of his recomendations turn out to be great. The room was clean and well organized, anything you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen include all stuff needed for any type of meal. The complex include a huge varity of children play ground and toys, indoor and outdoor. It also provide bicycle for a short trip around. A landromat is also available if your are planning for a long stay.

If you close the deal directly at the hotel and not via booking, the Total detailed price that will be offered to you its not a final price although its written as "Total Price". I was charged on addition of 50 EURO for "Infrastructure Tax" although it was not mentioned on the very detaild offer that was send to me by the hotel before the booking. Its written somewhere on the General Terms document so the Total detailed price that the hotel send you in the offer , is not final at all. The offer included the rent cost, Cleaning fee and tourist tax. The infrastructure tax was not mentioned in the offer, only in the final bill. See the attached offer i get.
B	Benny Haim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our stay in Appartements Knappensteig, it was great vacation and grate place to stay in, the place is clean and have great facilities. we got imminently every thing we asked for. the location is also great and put us on good point for start traveling.

Both reachable through a shortcut. Owner is very friendly, speaks perfect English. Apartments are spacious and extremely clean, the playroom is great for kids. Without a doubt 5 stars!
ח	חולמת טיולים נעה כרמון on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ what a wonderful place ! our time in Appartements Knappensteig was amazing! tomas and maria were kind, attentive and lovely hosts! the apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped. the courtyard was heaven for the kids and so was the playroom downstairs. we stayed 11 nights and felt right at home! i definitely recommend it! hope to come back some day!

A	Anton Friis Stengaard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, good beds, all the facilities you could ask for (sauna, free entrance to wasserwelt, even storage room for your luggage for when you arrive way too early). The host is nice, accommodating, easy to reach at all times, and always eager to help. Hell, he'll even deliver bread to your door in the morning! All in all a great place with a great host!
