Man wird nicht über's Ohr gehauen sondern richtig kompetent und freundlich beraten und betreut# 5+++ ,Sterne????? Very friendly, honestly accommodating and top. Here you feel properly advised and in good hands. You are not ripped off, but rather competently and friendly advised and looked after # 5 +++, stars?????
H	Harald Auer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Service wie man ihn nur noch schwer findet. Bin als Neukunde kurzfristig vorbeigekommen um den Feher aufgrund einer leuchtenden Abgaswarnleuchte abzuklären. Ein Mitarbeiter hat sofort mit dem Notebook den Fehler ausgelesen und mich darüber aufgeklärt. Eine Reparatur war nicht notwendig. Mir wurde dafür auch nichts verrechnet. Unglaublich angenehm und zeitsparend. Wird meine neue Stammwerkstatt. Top service that is hard to find. As a new customer I stopped by at short notice to clarify the error due to a glowing exhaust warning light. An employee immediately read the error with the notebook and told me about it. Repair was not necessary. I wasn't charged for it either. Incredibly pleasant and time-saving. Will be my new home workshop.
F	Fritz Grabner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War zum "Pickerl machen" bei dieser freien Werkstätte (Fokus auf VW Konzernwagen, offen für alle Marken) Pünktlich - Unkompliziert - Preis/Leistung super - Kein Aufschwatzen von Reparaturen / Dingen die nicht nötig sind - etc.. So stelle ich mir guten Service vor. Weiter so! Was to "make a sticker" at this independent workshop (focus on VW group cars, open to all brands) On time - uncomplicated - price / performance great - no chattering about repairs / things that are not necessary - etc .. This is how I imagine good service. Keep it up!

War bestimmt nicht der letzte Besuch in dieser Werkstatt! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Danke. The visit to the workshop was very pleasant. The damage (window regulator defect) was repaired very quickly. Price / services completely okay. Friendly staff. It was definitely not the last visit to this workshop! I can only recommend. Thank you.

Alles hat super funktioniert. Superfreundliches Kundenservice inkl. zur Verfügung gestelltem Kundenfahrzeug. Bin ab sofort Stammkunde! Absolut empfehlenswert. Da können sich die vermeintlich "großen" Autohäuser samt Werkstätten eine Scheibe abschneiden! Top workshop. Was there with my Fiat 500 X to "make stickers". And also had 2 comprehensive damage to "work off". Everything worked great. Super-friendly customer service including provided customer vehicle. I am a regular customer from now on! Highly Recommended. The supposedly "big" car dealerships including workshops can learn a thing or two about it!

M	M A (felinae7) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte eigentlich eine Werkstatt ausserhalb von Graz - diese konnte ich letztes Jahr nach einem akuten Federbruch nicht aufsuchen. Ich bin was Autos angeht 0 bewandert und machte mir Sorgen in Graz auf eine unseriöse Werkstatt treffen zu können. Aber hier bei Zach fühlte ich mich von Anfang an super aufgehoben! Äußerst freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiterin am Telefon, die hier die Termine organisiert und sich selbst top auskennt. Preis/Leistung auch absolut in Ordnung (hatte Rücksprache mit meiner anderen Werkstatt diesbezüglich gehalten). Zach ist nun meine Anlaufstelle wenn ich etwas benötige. Auch beim Pickerl machen waren sie super flexibel. Ich hab mein Auto abgestellt und konnte es außerhalb ihrer Öffnungszeiten unkompliziert abholen. Sie stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Danke! Actually had a workshop outside of Graz - I couldn't go to it last year after an acute spring break. I'm familiar with cars and I was worried that I might encounter a dubious workshop in Graz. But here at Zach I felt in good hands right from the start! Extremely friendly and competent employee on the phone, who organizes the appointments here and knows herself very well. Price / performance ratio also absolutely okay (I had discussed this with my other workshop). Zach is now my point of contact when I need something. They were also super flexible when it came to making stickers. I parked my car and could easily pick it up outside of their opening hours. They are at your side with words and deeds. Thanks!
