★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für die Fa.Glauninger-Fahrzeugeinrichtungen war es ein Lottotreffer. Ich war bei der Übernahme des Areals bei Hr Schwarzl der mir berichtete das alte Gebäudekomplex teilweise abzubrechen. Als die Nordseite des U-Komplexes in der Endphase war bewarben wir uns um die Halle 5. Kaution, Mietkosten und Betriebskosten war für uns, als Jungunternehmer mit geringen Eigenkapital, zu diesen Quadratmeterpreis absolut erschwinglich. Dies war Hr. Schwarzl sehr wichtig Jungunternehmer(er hat sich an seine Zeit erinnert) zu unterstützen. An dieser Stelle ein "Danke "an Hr. Schwarzl in diesem hohen Alter ein solches Projekt zu starten.  It was a lottery hit for the company Glauninger vehicle equipment. When I took over the area from Mr. Schwarzl, I was told to partially demolish the old building complex. When the north side of the U complex was in the final phase, we applied for Hall 5. Deposit, rental costs and operating costs were absolutely affordable for us, as a young entrepreneur with low equity, at this square meter price. This was Mr. Schwarzl very important to support young entrepreneurs (he remembered his time). At this point a "thank you" to Mr. Schwarzl to start such a project at this old age. Fg Otmar Glauninger
