Schon der erste Kontakt am Telefon war äußerst nett und kompetent. Dies wurde beim Werkstatt-Termin so fortgeführt. Es wird einem nix ein- oder ausgeredet, man wird bzgl. nötige Arbeiten samt Kosten am Laufenden gehalten und der direkte Vergleich mit einer der größten und bekanntesten Autohäuser Wiens hat mich endgültig überzeugt! After a number of vehicle brands - and associated repair shops - I wanted to give a small and independent auto repair shop a chance. Even the first contact on the phone was extremely nice and competent. This was continued at the workshop appointment. It is a nothing on or talked about, you will be kept in terms of necessary work and costs up to date and the direct comparison with one of the largest and most famous car dealerships in Vienna has finally convinced me!
G	Gee Kee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr Empfehlenswert ?? Habe diese Werkstatt schon mehrmals aufgesucht. Ob klassisches Service, Reifenwechsel (inkl. Montage neuer Reifengummi) oder Pickerl-Inspektion, alle Arbeiten wurden zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit durchgeführt. Preisabsprachen und Zeitangaben wurden dabei immer eingehalten. Die Kommunikation erfolgte in meinem Fall ganz simpel per Mail. Ein kurzer Zweizeiler genügt um zu einen Servicetermin zu kommen. Die getätigten Arbeiten erfolgten transparent und nachvollziehbar. Teils kann man zusehen und zusätzlich werden einem die defekten/ausgewechselten Komponenten zur Besichtigung vorgelegt. In keinem Fall hatte ich das Gefühl, dass mir etwas unnötiges verkauft werden würde. - im Gegeteil - Es werden lediglich Empfehlungen abgegeben, der Kunde kann dann selbst entscheiden. Das Auftreten ist sehr freundlich, sauber und professionell. Gerne komme ich wieder ? Danke! Highly recommended ?? I have visited this workshop several times. Whether classic service, tire change (including fitting new tire rubber) or pick inspection, all work was carried out to my complete satisfaction. Price agreements and times were always adhered to. In my case, communication was very simple via email. A short two-line is sufficient to come to a service appointment. The work was done transparently and comprehensibly. Some can be watched and additionally the defective / replaced components are presented for inspection. In no case did I feel that something unnecessary would be sold to me. - on the contrary - Only recommendations are given, the customer can then decide for himself. The appearance is very friendly, clean and professional. I'm happy to come back ? Thank you!

Gute Kommunikation, sehr freundlich und ich habe das Gefühl mit meinem Wagen in guten Händen zu sein. Ich kann Herrn Dolezal und sein Team auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! KAINZ NADJA I found out from the Ömtc that my rear axle and much more is broken and Ms. And Mr. Dolezal were the only ones who were able to give me a rough estimate of the repair price on the basis of this in a very uncomplicated manner and within a day.
