Offered free car wash and accepted but the wasn’t cleaned ???
Very disappointed with this place and not recommended at all.
Make sure you get the prices before leaving your car with them.

It seems that my Skoda Superb has a factory defect (cannot use seat memory feature) which can be fixed with a software update! Since I was 7 days out of warranty, they refused to do it. I wrote an e-mail to Porsche Austria to complain about this, and their answer was that "ŠKODA Superb in the 3. year of operation and therefore too far out of warranty." So, 7 days is too far out of warranty. I explained that it was only 7 days and since it's a software update, it costs almost nothing. I haven't receive any response back. I also ended up there 7 days after warranty expired because no one managed to schedule an appointment in time. Thet didn't respond to phone calls or e-mails. It took me about 5 days to get it scheduled.
