Seit vier Monaten stand mein Motorrad in dieser "Werkstatt". Vier Monate waren die Herrschaften dort nicht fähig einen anruf bei der Versicherung zu tätigen oder sonst was.
Wenn ich mich erkundigte, wie lange es noch dauern wird, wurde ich belogen. Jedes mal war die Versicherung schuld, weil der Sachverständiger angeblich nie kam. Einmal hieß es nächste Woche kommt er, dann kam er aber doch nicht usw..
Mit welcher Versicherung/welchen Sachverständigen die Herrschaften telefoniert und Termine vereinbart haben, ist mir fremd. Es wurde nämlich in vier Monaten, kein einziges mal bei der Versicherung angerufen.
Heute hatte ich genug von diesen Zirkus und lasse es in einer kompetenten Werkstatt reparieren.
Das Motorrad war voller Spinnweben und total verdreckt...mehr leider nicht.
Angeblich war diese Werkstatt mal zu empfehlen, liegt vielleicht an der neuübernahme. Leider wurde mir das vorher nicht gesagt.

My motorcycle had been in this "workshop" for four months. For four months, the gentlemen there were not able to call the insurance company or anything.
When I asked how long it was going to be, I was lied to. Every time the insurance company was to blame because the expert reportedly never came. Once it was said that he would come next week, but then he didn't come, etc.
I don't know which insurance company / which expert the gentlemen called and made appointments with. The insurance company was not called in four months, not once.
Today I had enough of this circus and have it repaired in a competent workshop.
The motorcycle was full of cobwebs and totally dirty ... unfortunately not more.
Allegedly, this workshop was once recommended, maybe because of the new takeover. Unfortunately, I wasn't told that beforehand.

Sehr schlampig und macht einfach nicht die ausgemachten Reparaturen, aber diese werden verrechnet, bereits einen Rechtsanwalt eingeschaltet
