So jemand unsympathischer ist mir noch selten in meinem Leben begegnet. Besonders witzig: Einen Teil hätte ich aus der Ferne ansehen und kaufen sollen ohne überprüfen zu können, ob er überhaupt wirklich passt :-D I've been buying used car parts for 15 years, but you don't want to buy anything from this self-loving mid-thirties. I have rarely met such an unappealing person in my life. Particularly funny: I should have seen and bought a part from a distance without being able to check whether it really fits :-D
P	Pure Steel Ministries on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ruft man von außerhalb Wiens an, fragt nach Reifen, bekommt diese zugesagt und fährt dann 35 km in einfacher Richtung! Resultat: Der ganze Aufwand umsonst weil dieser "zuverlässige" Mensch die Reifen angeblich in der Zwischenzeit verkauft hat. Er könne schließlich nicht ewig warten und außerdem haben angeblich schon viele Leute angerufen, etwas reservieren lassen und sind dann einfach nicht erschienen, war sein lapidarer Kommentar! Das nennt man Kundenservice, da kommt man natürlich nächstes Mal gerne wieder. Wahrscheinlich macht sich dieser Typ nicht mal Gedanken über die Fahrtkosten? Normalerweise hätte ich zumindest mein Spritgeld verlangen sollen! Leute lasst die Finger weg, Kundenservice sieht wahrlich anders aus!! Ach ja, er hatte schon noch Reifen in passender Größe, allerdings nur mit Felgen für einen Škoda zu verkaufen. Was soll ich damit? Zur Anrwort von der Firma sie erwähnt dass ich nicht am Vortag in der Früh, sondern ca. 1 Stunde Passen wohl eher nicht auf meinen Citroën!? Zur Antwort von der Firma sei erwähnt dass ich nicht wie behauptet am Vortag in der Früh, sondern exakt eine Stunde bevor ich um 16:30 Uhr desselben Tages dort war, dort angerufen habe! Was eine derartige Behauptung darstellt, weiß sicher jeder!? Since one calls from outside of Vienna, asks for tires, gets them promised and then drives 35 km in a simple direction! Result: The whole effort in vain because this "reliable" man has allegedly sold the tires in the meantime. After all, he could not wait forever and also allegedly many people have called, reserved something and then just did not appear, was his terse comment! This is called customer service, as you will of course come back next time. Probably, this guy does not even worry about the travel costs? Normally I should have at least demanded my fuel money! People keep their fingers off, customer service really looks different !! Oh yes, he already had tires in the right size, but only with wheels for a Škoda for sale. What should I do with it? As a response from the company she mentions that I do not fit the day before in the morning, but about 1 hour probably not on my Citroën !? The answer from the company should be mentioned that I did not call as the day before in the morning, but exactly one hour before I was there at 16:30 clock the same day, called there! What does such an assertion, surely everyone knows?

Dann fahr ich durch die ganze Stadt hin um mir dann zwei kapputte Stoßstangen anzuschauen und den Kotflügel hatten sie doch nicht, obwohl ich so oft nachgefragt habe... Sehr unfreundlich und unkompetent!!!! Called three times to see if they have the parts. Yeah was the answer. Then I drive through the whole city to look at two broken bumpers and they didn't have the fender, although I asked so often ... Very unfriendly and incompetent !!

Ich hatte ein dringendes Problem an meinem Auto war am weg in den Urlaub. Habe bei Herrn Maier angerufen wurde von ihm ausführlich beraten er hat das Teil bestellt und ich konnte es noch am selben Tag holen. Freundlich hilfsbereit sehr zu empfehlen. Always exactly correct. Lots of choice of spare parts. Chef always on the spot personally. Always satisfied! I had an urgent problem with my car being on vacation. I called Mr Maier and he advised me in detail. He ordered the part and I could get it the same day. Friendly helpful highly recommended.

Herr Mairer war sehr geduldig und hat mir alle wichtigen Fragen gestellt. Ich kann nur die Beratung bewerten und damit war ich ausgesprochen zufrieden. Der Teil hat leider nicht ganz gepasst, also war ich sehr froh, dass ich vor einen Fehlkauf bewahrt wurde. I was interested in a spare part for my car, as I live 400km away, I wanted to know in advance that everything would fit. Mr. Mairer was very patient and asked me all the important questions. I can only rate the advice and I was extremely satisfied with it. Unfortunately, the part didn't quite fit, so I was very happy that I was saved from making a bad buy.

Gerne wieder, wobei ich hoffe, dass mein Gratten so schnell keine Ersatzteile mehr braucht. Nochmals Danke! After a long search, I found what I was looking for at Mr. Maier.
