★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist zwar schon länger her, aber mir wurden hier 2 Sicherungen für 120Euro ausgewechselt. (Weil es ja so lange dauert um den Fehler zu suchen) Nach einem kurzen Hinweis, dass das Abzocke ist wurden sofort 30 Euro nachgelassen. Trotzdem noch eine Frechheit :-) nicht zu empfehlen
 It was a long time ago, but I got 2 fuses for 120 euros. (Because it takes so long to search for the error) After a brief note that the rip off was immediately 30 euros. Still a cheek :-) not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und der Schnelligkeit, in der Aufträge bearbeitet werden. Man wird ausführlich darüber informiert, welche Arbeiten am Auto vorgenommen werden. Die Preise werden transparent dargestellt und somit kommt es auch nicht zu bösen Überraschungen. Wenn man eine Blick in die Werkstatt wirft, wird man feststellen, dass man selten so eine saubere und aufgeräumte Werkstatt vorfindet. Auch die Beratung ist top (freundlich und kompetent, was Herrn Ing. MM zu verdanken ist). Das Auto wird tiptop wieder übergeben, eine echte Freude! Man verläßt die Werkstatt mit einem guten Gefühl.
I am very satisfied with the service and the speed with which orders are processed. You will be informed in detail, which work will be done on the car. The prices are displayed transparently and thus there are no nasty surprises. If you take a look into the workshop, you will find that you rarely find such a clean and tidy workshop. The advice is top (friendly and competent, which is due to Mr. Ing. MM). The car is tiptop again, a real pleasure! You leave the workshop with a good feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine erstklassige Behandlung, man wird hier auch als Frau ernst genommen ( ist nicht in allen Werkstätten so), man ist sehr bemüht um die Kunden, sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent. Man ist immer bemüht so rasch wie möglich einen Termin zu vergeben und es wird immer pünktlich wie ausgemacht das Fahrzeug wieder übergeben. Ich fühle mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben und werde, solange ich dieses Fahrzeug fahre sicher keine andere Werkstatt in Anspruch nehmen! Vielen herzlichen Dank an dieses tolle Team. Brigitte Palecek
A first-class treatment, you are taken seriously as a woman here (not like that in all workshops), you try very hard for your customers, very friendly and very competent. We always try to make an appointment as quickly as possible and the vehicle is always handed over on time as agreed. I feel that I am in very good hands here and as long as I am driving this vehicle I will certainly not use any other workshop! Many thanks to this great team. Brigitte Palecek

Seit 2005 bin ich Kunde in diesem Laden (früher Autohaus Grosse), die Angestellten sind zwar relativ bemüht, aber als ich nun zum ersten Mal leider in Kontakt mit dem Chef dieses Autohauses treten musste, wars vorbei. Es fällt mir nicht leicht sachlich und nicht beleidigend zu beschreiben, wie unmöglich dieser sich benimmt. Nur so viel - der Herr erfüllt tatsächlich sämtliche Negativ-Klischees, die man sich erträumen kann. Entscheiden Sie sich auf gar keinen Fall für diesen Laden - ich bin nach wie vor vollkommen entsetzt und kenne solche Umgangsformen bisher nur von letztklassigen Privat-Fernsehsendern. Selbst der eine Stern ist noch zu wohlwollend.
Definitely not ever again! I have been a customer in this store (formerly Autohaus Grosse) since 2005, the employees are relatively hard-working, but when I unfortunately had to get in touch with the boss of this dealership for the first time, it was over. It is not easy for me to describe objectively and not insultingly how impossibly this person behaves. Only so much - the Lord actually fulfills all negative clichés that one can dream of. Under no circumstances should you choose this shop - I am still completely horrified and so far only know such manners from the last-class private TV stations. Even the one star is still too benevolent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Reparaturannahme ist sehr freundlich und vorallem sehr sorgfältig. Ich stelle mein Fahrzeug schon über mehrere Jahre zum Autohaus-Erdberg und hatte noch nie Probleme. Ganz im Gegenteil. Ich bin überzeugt, dass auch die Wartungen und Reparaturen ordnungsgemäß und gewissenhaft ausgeführt werden. Ich werde auch hinkünftig mein Fahrzeug dort in guten Händen wissen, wenn ein Service, eine Reparatur oder das Pickerl fällig sind.
The repair department is very friendly and, above all, very carefully. I have been selling my vehicle to the Erdberg dealership for several years and have never had any problems. But on the contrary. I am convinced that the maintenance and repairs will also be carried out properly and conscientiously. I will also know that my vehicle is in good hands there in the future when a service, a repair or the sticker is due.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autoservice absolut problemlos. Wurde angerufen, um Wechsel eines Verschleißteiles abzuklären. Ein geplanter Ölwechsel wurde ebenfalls nach Anruf nicht durchgeführt, da das Öl noch neuwertig war, danke dafür. Das Auto war frisch gewaschen nach ein paar Stunden wieder abholbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
Car service absolutely problem-free. Was called to clarify the replacement of a wear part. A planned oil change was also not carried out after the call, as the oil was still as good as new, thanks for that. The car was freshly washed and ready to be picked up after a few hours. Again any time!
