Ich wurde freundlich betreut und mir wurde schnell geholfen. Service wird hier gross geschrieben! I can recommend this car workshop 100%. I had a flat tire and had an urgent appointment. I was looked after in a friendly manner and helped quickly. Service is very important here!
H	Hans Payr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte meinen BMW 530xd 2x bei KFZ Kogler zur Reperatur und zum lackieren. Die Motorhaube und die Spiegel wurden neu lackiert weil sie stark beschädigt waren durch Steinschlag. Mit der Lackierung bin ich sehr zufrieden , man erkennt keinen Unterschied zum Originallack. Ausserdem wurden einige größere Reperaturen fürs Pickerl durchgeführt, das hat ein paar Tage gedauert. Ich wurde immer auf den laufenden gehalten mit Fotos und Nachrichten. Dadurch war der ganze Reperaturverlauf und die Rechnungsstellung für mich sehr gut verständlich und transparent. Alle defekten Teile wurden für mich in einer Schachtel aufbewahrt. Ich selbst hatte vermutet das meine Kupplung defekt ist - Kostenpunkt mehrere Hundert Euro , dies war nicht der Fall. Der Mechaniker hat den Kupplungsgeberzylinder getauscht was deutlich billiger war - weniger Umsatz für die Werkstatt , mich als Kunde freut es ! Preis - Leistungs Verhältniss wirklich top ! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dafür nehme ich die 35 km Anfahrt gerne in Kauf ! I had my BMW 530xd 2x at Kfz Kogler for repair and painting. The bonnet and the mirrors were repainted because they were badly damaged by falling rocks. I am very satisfied with the paintwork, you can see no difference to the original paint. In addition, some major repairs were carried out for the Pickerl, which took a few days. I was always kept up to date with photos and messages. This made the whole repair process and invoicing very easy to understand and transparent for me. All broken parts were kept in a box for me. I myself had suspected that my clutch is defective - cost several hundred euros, this was not the case. The mechanic has exchanged the clutch master cylinder which was significantly cheaper - less sales for the workshop, I am pleased as a customer! Price - performance ratio really great! The personnel is very friendly and courteous. For that I gladly accept the 35 km journey!

Sehr empfehlenswert. Very friendly and competent. The brakes on our Kia ceed were damaged, the spare parts were ordered immediately and then fitted very quickly. Highly recommended.

Kfz Kogler hat sich sofort die Zeit genommen und der alte Bus läuft so gut wie nie. Plus der Urlaub ist gerettet. Sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Team. We had a breakdown on the way to vacation. Two workshops got rid of us. Kfz Kogler immediately took the time and the old bus hardly ever runs. Plus the vacation is saved. Very helpful and nice team.

B	Basti H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man merkt dass hier noch richtige Mechaniker*innen am Werk sind die ihren Beruf gerne ausüben. Sind wegen leuchteter Batteriewarnlampe in Radstadt gestrandet und wurden vom ADAC zuerst zum VW Händler im Ort gefahren. Diagnose VW-Händler: kaputtes Kabel von der Lichtmaschine zur Batterie. Kabel nicht mehr lieferbar, also müsste die ganze Lichtmaschine ausgewechselt werden. Dauert etwa zwei Wochen und es ist fraglich, ob das bei dem T4 noch lohnt... Sind dann nach einer kurzen Internet-Recherche zu KFZ Kogler. Diagnose: Wackelkontakt wegen fehlender Schraube im Sicherungskasten. Die Reparatur hat wenige Minuten gedauert. Das Personal ist super freundlich und obendrein wurde auch noch das Kühlwasser aufgefüllt. Wenn es nicht zu weit von meinem Wohnsitz entfernt wäre hätten sie einen neuen Kunden gewonnen. You can tell that there are still real mechanics at work here who like to do their jobs. Are stranded in Radstadt because of the glowing battery warning lamp and were first driven by the ADAC to the local VW dealer. Diagnosis VW dealer: broken cable from the alternator to the battery. Cable no longer available, so the entire alternator would have to be replaced. Takes about two weeks and it is questionable whether this is still worthwhile with the T4 ... Then after a short internet search you are about KFZ Kogler. Diagnosis: loose contact due to missing screw in the fuse box. The repair took a few minutes. The staff is super friendly and on top of that, the cooling water was refilled. If it wasn't too far from where I live, they would have won a new customer.

Hier würde ich auch 10 Sterne vergeben My car was being repaired after an accident. Car was picked up and brought back. Very nice contact, especially Erna! Good job! Satisfied across the board. I would also give 10 stars here
